HUGE SHOUTOUT TO TRAVIS, THE OWNER!!!! We had a problem shipping a package internationally and we did not know why it was stuck in customs. I went in and spoke with Travis who called someone that was able to clear up the confusion and get the package shipped out the very next day!! I sincerely appreciate how he went the extra mile and was concerned about our package!! He’s the best!

I called about my package return because after I gave it to them I forgot to get my sim card from the phone that's in the package so I called asking if my package was still there, This lady said she can look for it and I told her the name that its under and where its shipping to. THIS lady said she can help me and find it then she hung up on me! rude!!! Don't go here at all, I even got there and right as it closed even though I called BEFORE coming and I got no help and was ignored (lights were on in the inside) I have my receipt and I really hope my package is still there by morning an get the help I need because THIS is ridiculous service!! I called multiple times before closing and no one answered!!!

The folks here are always nice and helpful. And they have a kiosk where you can do Amazon returns yourself if they are busy. That is the best part!

Thank you so so so so so much to Travis and Hannah for basically moving mountains to help me get an Amazon return off the truck that had stuff in it that was my whole life! I’ve been going to this UPS for years since it is right down the road from my house! Travis has helped me tons of time with notary items and Amazon returns! Thank you again Travis and Hannah!!!!

I have had wonderful service from this UPS store. Everything from printing and laminating, to shipping and returning. I have used them for years and rarely go anywhere else!

TOOK SMALL PACKAGE TO BE SHIPPED NEEDED A SMALL BOX AND THE OWNER TOLD $26.91 AND WHEN I WENT TO RUN MY CARD HE THEN TOLD ME $15 DOLLARS MORE FOR A SMALL BOX ? WITH TAX IT WAS OVER 43 DOLLARS . I ASK THE OWNER $15 DOLLARS FOR A SMALL BOX ??????? BUT YOU TOLD ME $26.91 ??? I TOLD HIM THAT'S ROBBERY. WHAT A SHAME TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS . I TOLD THE OWNER TO CHECK HIMSELF ? GREED !!!!!
