I've banked here for years and they always provide great service. In the rare times that problems arise, I've found that they go above and beyond to find solutions. The manager, Eddie, is particularly amazing.

Words can't describe what a frustrating experience using this bank is. I should have listened to others that also had a bad experience. Can't wait to close my account.

Some interactions at this branch were professional and they were helpful, but after jumping through all their hoops for a promotion, calling several times and spending hours on the phone with the customer service line, they didn't follow through. The manager was dishonest and made up lies about past interactions, and went back on past promises. She had an attitude in the end, and I went and closed my US Bank account immediately after.

Unfortunately my experience here was not positive. They wanted to charge me 9% to count my change. Meaning if I had $100 in change, they take $9 just to count it!

Promised if I opened two accounts I wouldn't be charged the monthly fees. Worked great for about 4 months then monthly fees. Literally told by customer service that it was a valid charge and there was nothing they could do about it (its not valid if I was told there would be no fees). Crazy to me a company thats pays good money to aquire new customers is so willing to loose them over unethical practices (and a $19.95 charge). I was considering moving all my accounts (7 of them if you count business accounts) over but there's no chance now.

I was considering moving all my accounts (7 of them if you count business accounts) over but there's no chance now.

My corporate card expired. I called customer service to get a new one issued. I talked to 3 people and gave my card number 10 times. That's a actual count, not an exaggeration. I ended up giving up and am going to try to figure out who the company admin is that handles these... I'm so glad I stopped using US Bank 15 years ago for my personal banking needs.

Warning don't go!! Leave!! Not sure what happen to this bank but in the end I closed it and had to pay 45$ in fees.

Terrible customer service. Paula the manager refused to accept my point about how bad there online banking system is. My balance at night was reflecting as positive and I still received an overdraft fee the next day. Paula was rude and unwilling to accept my point that if the balance shows as positive and available online that it should not have received a fee and she kept saying that it is bank policy that if all the funds are not in there at 5pm it counts on next business day and that is how US bank operates and that they were still giving me the fee. This is a terrible bank that is out to give out as many fees as possible. They are not friendly to work with and rude and liars. If the bank system says its positive there should not bee some secret system that still issues fees the next day. I will never do business with this bank again. Terrible customer service, and Paula has terrible customer service.
