“I really don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve purchased several cars in the last few years. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Super easy online process, it took maybe 10 min to fill everything out, great rate and then when I went to pickup the car 0 hiccups. The 4 people I interacted with at the pickup site were all super friendly. When I needed to call customer service for a question they answered the call within 2 minutes. I’m blown away at how easy and smooth it all was. I don’t believe the negative reviews reflect a normal experience. From what I could tell they have great customer service, great warranties and are more than willing to work with people. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you away. (They almost scared me away and I’m so glad I still went through with the purchase) Awesome experience all around.”
