This is worst post office. I had a package returned because I didn’t sign for it, except that I never got a notice that it was even attempted to be delivered. No notice left on the door or anything. I almost had another package have the same issue. Postman rang my doorbell and before I could even get to the door he was almost to his car to leave. No slip on the door saying it was attempted or anything. If I didn’t catch him before he got to his van that package would have surely been gone too.

Big fan of this place. As a home business owner, we ship out dozens of packages a week. I wait in line to get the packages scanned in, instead of just dropping them in the bin. The workers always have a smile and I appreciate the way the keep the line moving.

Came on here to write a review and it seems
I’m not the only one who never actually has someone come to the door when it’s a signature delivery. Now we have to make an appointment to pick up my package when I’be PAID for the shipping… this place is garbage and the delivery driver for Eagle mountain deliveries is lazy.

This is not a good Post Office. I would even go so far as to say they are unethical.
I filled out a Post Office Generated Document for “Hardship” and it was accompanied by a physician’s letter regarding my husband’s health. My husband was on life support for 2 ½ weeks and hospitalized for 2 months. It takes one month for every 3 days you are on life support to learn how to walk, use your hands etc. I am the primary caregiver since it is just he and I.
A toll has been taken on my back due to having to handle all heavy items from deliveries as well as helping him physically around the house. The Lehi Postmaster eventually responded to my request to have our mail delivered to our door until things improved which was sent to him certified mail—signature required—mailed from and to the Lehi Post Office.
When he eventually responded via email, he stated that, and I agreed, the mail would be delivered once a week. Since my first email response from him on 5/19/25, we have received mail delivery to our home twice—2 separate days. Today is 6/21/25.
Now I must make arrangements virtually with a stranger (since we recently moved here in the Fall of 2024 and do not really know anyone) to collect our mail from the hazardous mail cluster section in our community. I fully intend to take this matter to the highest level.
This is a classic government operation outcome. Government employees are rarely monitored for their performance in terms of high quality expectations, and pretty much do what they wish at the expense of our tax paying dollars. I will make sure the best set of eyes becomes aware of this matter.
What I have experienced from this group to include the female carrier (if she still works at this Post Office) is complete insensitivity, indecency, cruelty, unprofessionalism--all of which is fueled by essentially a disdain for hardships--underscored by an inhumane appetite.

Not sure why this place has 1.9 stars. Tammi was great. The line was big but they got through it asap. I was able to get in and send a priority package in a timely manner during lunch hour rush. If you are complaining about time frame plan better. They served me well today.
