Overall, the customer service is awesome, besides the point that they don’t have a 24/7, but the actual internet is pretty slow and has been unreliable.

We have been happy with our service so far. We have had one outage and they were able to get our internet back up and running within a couple of hours and then sent a tech to our house to follow-up and make sure there were no issues.

I moved into my neighborhood a little over 4 months ago and Veracity helped make the transition fast and easy. Their techs were super helpful and went above and beyond to get our home network up and going. The internet has reliable and consistently fast. We’re very happy with Veracity!
