The worst internet provider. I’ve lived in Lehi for almost a year now and we have never had good internet service. First, it took them about 2 months to actually install the fiber so we had no connection the first two months. Second, even when they did install it, I had to have the technicians come back out and fix everything they did wrong so that took another couple weeks. We were told we have the highest connection but we can’t even watch Hulu, Netflix, YouTube in HD cause the connection is so bad. Videos buffer every 10 seconds. We can’t work from home cause the internet can’t handle it. If you’re doing homework, you’re constantly having to restart the router to get anything going. It’s been terrible. You’re better off just paying the $10k Xfinity fee to install one of their lines. Lehi city needs to do something ASAP to get different providers up here cause Veracity is just terrible. Even one star is too generous

Absolutely the worst internet I’ve had. I pay for 1gb speeds and on a best day I get 200mbps. I over pay for what I don’t get. I had a tech come out to try to explain why my speeds weren’t going to where I pay them to be and he didn’t know or tried to figure out why it was acting this way. The internet goes out a lot with this provider. I recommend you stay away and find some one else if you can.

My only real complaint is that service still goes out on the weekends but there is no one to talk with for help. We have to wait 2 days for someone to be there to get help. But I still have to pay for the 2 days it's out. It seems to me that they need people there on the weekends. Sadly, this isn't the 1st time this has happened.

Internet service is horrible. I don’t know how else to say it. Support team are nice people but their product & support tools are pathetic. Decades outdated. Whomever agreed to grant the internet monopoly for Traverse Mtn (Lehi) to Veracity was snookered & the residents now pay the price.

In the time we've lived at this apartment complex we've had multiple times where the wifi just goes dead literally at the very begining of the weekend and have to wait unresolved untill the following week. In this day and age wifi is an essential and is literally something I need to work. Technicians and customer service is an absolute joke! If it wasn't for this apartment complex all ready including and no options for a separate provider, I would never choose this company

Frequent extended periods of interrupted service. Unable to handle basic business features. (Traverse Mountain). Technical support is incredibly poor - if you lose service on a weekend, you're out of luck. Tech support has not been available on multiple occasions when I've lost service on a weekend. Unfortunately, Veracity is the only provider on Traverse Mountain.

I have used veracity ( not by choice ) because they are the ONLY authorized internet offered in my community/HOA. ( SHAME ON TRAVERSE MOUNTAIN)
I’m moving to another home in the same neighborhood—- and SURPRISE!! I’ve been trying to get the internet scheduled for transfer to the new house for 3 weeks. NOT ONE REPLY. not from online tech support, not from registering as a new customer and not from many emails and voicemails sent to the company.
If you have any OPTIONS- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I’m certain our HOA is getting major kickbacks for keeping this contract but they are TERRIBLE for the users.

Works ok when it works. Service is down frequently and its nearly impossible to contact them for help. Zero service after hours or on weekends - I'd look elsewhere if thats an option. Anywhere else.

Has a monopoly on WiFi in my area. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone on Sunday when my WiFi went down. Super annoying
