I’ve been filling my prescriptions here for years and it has been nothing but hell until Wes started working here. He is so helpful and friendly. He goes above and beyond every single time. He’s never given me any trouble with my prescriptions. He just does his job and makes it so easy for everyone involved. I’m giving this a 5 star only because Wes deserves recognition and I’m advocating for him to get everything he’s ever wanted in life. I hope his pillow is always cold and his blankets are always warm. Please pay Wes more. He deserves it. Everyone working at walgreens should aspire to be like Wes.

The pharmacy is horrible. I put in a request to have my medication refilled and was told it takes 2 DAYS to fill. This is why we go to Walmarts pharmacy. Don’t waist your time coming here

To Emma (the manager on dudty) I ordered 4x5.3 prints. When i arrived to pick them up i noticed they hadn’t been cut to size. I POLITELY asked if she would cut them for me. (Mind you I’ve ordered same photo/size dozens of times) she responds with Sorry we don’t do that and shrugs me off. Again i politely replied and said I had done this before and never have been told they don’t cut them to size. She then took them out my hand and said “fine I’ll just do it I guess” I try so much to be nice even when i notice someone is having a bad day. While patiently waiting for her to cut the photos she proceeded to call me names and curs at me to her coworkers AS I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE. Afterwards i asked her how i can avoid this in the future and she said “just spend more and order larger sizes so we don’t have to cut it.
I’m spending hundreds of dollars on prints no I will not double my spending just for you to be lazy🤯 thanks! I never write reviews but this was insanely upsetting👎🏻

I needed something printed asap and submitted an order online. They called me right away to let me know they didn’t have the size I needed and to try a different store. I’m glad they let me know as soon as they did.

I needed a few 8x10 printed quickly so I did it through Walgreens. Not only is the quality terrible, but the photo paper that they describe as “matte” is literally a joke. I can see my reflection in the shine. When I called, the employee I spoke to was incredibly short and dismissive, assuming I was the one to make a mistake. Needless to say, I will NOT be printing photos from Walgreens and will be avoiding this location. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if the employees were willing to work with me and help make it right instead of treating me like I was an idiot.

DO NOT BUY business cards from here. Also, do not believe the timeframe given or texts or emails saying your order is ready. They / their system is not equipped to handle this type of item. Tried multiple times - same result - get texts saying order is ready - but that only means that they printed your label for the box for your order. You will need to call in to confirm your order is really ready. When you pick them up, check for how well they have been cut - often not straight - curt things off, etc. Honestly - they are just not equipped to really handle business cards business in an efficient and effective manner.

Sheena was super nice and help when I had some issues printing photos. She came to me instantly with hospitality and insured my problem was fixed up in seconds.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. They send you messages saying your prescription is ready and then when you show up they claim they never sent such a message. No apologies. Just come back later. Moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Terrible customer service.

I cannot say enough nice things about the pharmacist and pharmacy techs on duty. I showed up with some wrong information about my medication. Exhausted, I was probably a little curt with them. They PATIENTLY explained the confusion. They were absolutely right.

Horrible customer service! I went in this morning to grab some bandages after my boyfriend was burned/scraped up. The younger cashier with black hair was helping me and had a really bad attitude from the start of our interaction. I had already put the products down on the counter before she came over to help, and she proceeded to login to the opposite register next to us. I didn’t think too much of that, but then once all the products were rung up and I was trying to pay, she was glaring at me and made a passive comment saying,” If you would look at the pin pad you would see that it’s asking you a question.” It was an honest mistake but her commentary and attitude was very unnecessary.

1) the associate recognized me and pulled up my record before I got to the counter!
2) 1 rx from the day before was was ready. He noticed I had antibiotics just called in so he passed it to the pharmacist and 60 seconds later it was done and I was checked out!
I love these guys.
PS Today, the pharmacist knocked it out of the park taking the time to answer my indepth questions.

I’ve purchased a lot of photo items there, simply because it’s convenient to have same day pickup. They are always cut weird and often not the proportions I put online. I had business cards that were 90% unusable because they cut part of my logo off on the top and there is a white strip at the bottom of extra paper. When I asked to get this redone the lady was SUPER rude and told me my only option was to buy more, but they’d turn out the same way. If I bought several packs it would “even out in the end” to get as many as I needed for that event.

This Walgreens has friendly and helpful staff!
The employees were doing excellent work and I hope that corporate recognizes these amazing people that made the experience!
