My husband and I came in Saturday to test drive some cars. We worked with Brock and he was fantastic! We decided on a vehicle and the process was so easy! Thier fees are way too high. Be careful also have mechanic check every purchase beforehand.

Do not buy a car from here. I was just about to leave an awesome review of this place cause we just got a car from here and it seemed like the best easiest place to get a car.
Staff was friendly and easy to work with only because they know the are gunna screw you over down the road
After we took the car home about two days later engine started making a terrible clicking noise we still don’t know what the issues is but two places says it most likely a water pump
I also had the oil and filters changed. The oil was basically black all the filters looked like they had never been changed ever.
They must have a mechanic on site who just makes the car run smooth enough until someone’s purchases the vehicle.
My final complaint is I had a car that I traded in with a hitch on it. I have called and texted a couple times asking when I could come get the hitch. Guess I should have taken it off before I traded it in. Oh well but any real dealership would have helped their customers
Any ways lesson learned don’t use them just go find a real dealership it will seem like more money upfront but you’ll save a ton in the long run

Our experience here was great. From our salesperson Santiago to the financing. Everybody was very friendly and the buying process went so smoothly and quickly. So happy we found this place and it was worth the 40 min drive. We got the car that we wanted and we are happy with it. Thank you Asay Auto!!
