Not only were we rushed into purchasing a car same-day, but because of that, there were fees that weren’t completely explained to us and we felt so hurried that we didn’t have questions. Only a week afterward, our new 2020 car started to have issues which we are still trying to identify a month later. We were promised a clean title and later found out the car had been in an accident. The seller told us the tires were new when they in fact needed to be replaced straight away. Our battery dies overnight—how was this overlooked by the dealer?When we contacted them about helping us identify issues they were not understanding and quite rude. Would not recommend. Completely agree with other reviews that this dealership will scam you. Do not believe the five star reviews—they bribe their customers to leave them by offering them $20 of gas to leave a review before they walk away with the car.

2014-Honda Odessa- They were very nice and helpful. Worked within my financial abilities and even cut the price down a lot to get me where I needed to be. just bought it so haven’t worked with them on any probable future issues. But the sell went great.

We bought a Toyota Camry from Asay Auto in September. We had a great experience working with Brock. He let me take the car home and to my mechanic. We first saw the car and bought it in under 24 hours. It was so clean and in great shape for a car 10 years old. Thank you Brock and Asay Auto for helping us find a car we love and make it as easy as it could be!

My wife and I just bought a 2022 X7 M50i from Asay Auto and the experience was PHENOMENAL . I drove our trade in (Tesla Y) from Denver and Nate and Chris had my test drive done, paperwork completed, and out the door in less than 30 minutes, all WITHOUT any high pressure tactics. From our initial inquiry about the car to driving off the lot, I couldn’t ask for a better car dealership experience. Thanks Asay Auto.

Great Experience!Nate was knowledgeable and did not pressure me to buy. I did my homework and felt good about the price of the car and they were fair with my trade. This was the best car buying experience I have had, and I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years!

Brock was super friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were interested in a 2021 Toyota 4RUNNER and drove up from Wahington UT. By the time we got there, they had it detailed and parked out front, ready for us to test drive. Brock allowed us to drive it on our own so we could discuss things as a family without the pressure of him sitting there listening to everything. We had pretty much made a decision by the time we got back from driving it. We still had some questions, and he answered them all for us and then got us the maximum amount for our trade. As far as the vehicle itself, it's incredible!! It has low miles and is the SR5 PREMIUM package. We got it for less than the base package SR5 from another dealership. They're both the same year, and the one we got from Brock has 4,000 fewer miles than the more expensive one from the other dealership. We are beyond happy with our experience at Asay Auto with Brock.

Here is our straightforward review of our buying experience over the weekend:After our own vehicle was unexpectedly totaled, we were crunched on time and we came from out of state to look at a few vehicles. One of which was at Asay Autos. We had done our research and knew what we wanted. After test driving, we decided to purchase the vehicle. With the 2023 market, we anticipated the purchase would a simple, forthright transaction and planned to pay the advertised price. When Casey in finance gave us a breakdown of the total cost, it was more than $2000 above the listed price. This was NOT INCLUDING SALES TAX. When we asked for the breakdown and purchase agreement, only $744 was explained on the Retail Purchase Agreement (docs,safety/emissions, temp permit, etc.) The following day, as we were going through paperwork, questions about this came up. We called them for some further explanation. It turns out they charged us $1355 for "theft deterrent" and "surface protection". They told us they charge those fees on ALL OF THEIR VEHICLES. These fees were not disclosed to us as being OPTIONAL, they were mandated. They only told us the fees were for services already done such as: tracking parts and Covid disinfectant. 1. We like the car 2. We feel unsettled and misled. The high hidden fees and buried expenses feel dishonest and misleading. The paperwork leads us to believe we have some sort of contract with an outside source called "AUTTO". We never asked for that and it was never explained or disclosed to us in this way. It all seems morally wrong. ***If you choose to buy from Asay, plan to pay at least 2k over the listed prices.

At first they seemed great, but they lead us to believe one thing when really it was another and we feel like we were taken advantage of. We specifically asked them if the price we agreed on included any interest that would accrue and they said yes. They lied to us. After further investigating the contract we found hidden fees that were not disclosed to us. We do not feel like the car was worth that and would not have moved forward with the purchase of we had understood that those fees were involved. You can’t trust what they say! Read the contract thoroughly! I know it’s a lot of pages and a lot to sign, but I don’t want you to be in a situation like we are now. READ EVERYTHING. We are very upset and would not recommend using this dealership.

I've never had to work so hard to try and purchase a used vehicle before. I reached out on AutoTrader on a vehicle, was sent a text the next day saying they specialize in out of state transactions. I ask a few additional questions about the vehicle, don't hear back until the next day. They ask (in a very unprofessional text riddled with spelling and grammatical errors) about my trade in and they want pictures and the VIN. I send them first thing in the morning, I hear nothing back until the next day. They ask what I'm wanting, I give them an offer. They say that without seeing my vehicle they can't do that. I ask what would their offer be. I don't hear from them for two days. I reach out again and am getting the sense that this is a scam. They just tell me what they would give me for my trade and nothing else. I say that is much less than other dealers I've been talking to. I hear nothing for 4 days. I send another text with another offer, they respond with they have been "busy" and they have actually sold the vehicle already but that if the deal falls through, they will let me know. What an absolute joke of a dealership. I would highly suggest saving your time and steering clear of Asay Auto.

We had mixed feelings when we left this dealership. We worked with Casey and he seems new so I guess he gets a pass, but considering our experience I don't think he should be flying solo yet. I'm still trying to decide how much of this can be chalked up to an inexperienced employee and how much is just poor business practices. We called ahead about a car we found on Carfax and scheduled a time to test drive it. Casey pulled it around and said that it had been to the mechanic and everything looked good, but didn't have much else to say about it. When I got in the driver's seat the check engine light was on, but we drove it around anyway and actually really liked it. We returned to the dealership prepared to make an offer, depending on what they could tell us about the check engine light. Casey had no idea the light was even on, so he ran inside to ask. Turns out the car needs a new motor. Chris took over at that point and explained there was a miscommunication on their end and this car was being sold as a "project car." Nothing about this was mentioned in the online listing or on the phone. We made a two hour drive and tested the vehicle without being told some pretty important information. They tried to show us a few other vehicles in a similar price range but didn't ask us anything about what we were looking for so it was just a waste of time.Also, the air freshener in the building was overwhelming. My husband had a headache when we left.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them with everything they said. READ ALL THE FINE PRINTS!! We were lied to about how much we will have to actually pay for the car. When we asked if it’s the actual out the door number and it wasn’t. I never leave a review like this but it was such a terrible experience that I’ll never recommend my friends or family here. We will be posting this on better business bureau as well.

Ty, my salesman was GREAT. No pressure and had laid back attitude. Negotiating price was easy and fair. Everyone I met during purchase were friendly and genuinely nice people. The office smelled remarkable fresh and clean. I noticed that kinda of stuff.

If I could give 6 stars I would. My entire experience with Asay Auto was seamless from beginning to end. I had found a Mercedes that I was interested in online and wanted more info on it given I live in Colorado and would have to travel if I decided I wanted it. I got in contact with Nate and he was so helpful and responsive. He sent me videos, pictures, and answered all my questions in a timely manner. When I made the trip to Utah I was greeted at their beautiful office and felt so comfortable making this deal. Nate helped me through the entire purchasing process and even made sure my tank was filled before I drove off the lot. I’m ecstatic about my new car and couldn’t be happier with my experience as a customer. Thanks guys! See you next time ☺️
