We’ve recently started banking at this branch and love it. One teller knows me by name. We recently went in with two little kids and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Everyone is knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Bank manager was asked to assist with an issue that I was having with my account. Rather than be helpful to me or the clerk she immediately took to an aggressive tone of voice and a condescending attitude. Before you choose a display of emotional unintelligence you should think twice about your actions. Word of advice, choose a different location. Same bank, different personnel.

I don't know what the problem is at this branch, but don't go here. Many of the employees don't know what they're doing and their hours are unpredictable (i.e. closed in the middle of the day, temporary hour notices posted on the front door all the time). I've been a customer of Chase for about a decade and lived in multiple states during that time. This isn't a criticism of Chase and I've never had a problem with the Chase branches in Orem or Provo, but there's something wrong with this one in Lindon. Employees at the Orem and Provo branches have said they've received multiple complaints about the Lindon branch. They said a manager quit unexpectedly and they've had a hard time finding a replacement. I don't know what's going on here, and why they can't get it together, but don't go to this branch.

I urgently needed to have a notary sign a document for me. It wasn’t until she reviewed the document that she caught an error and fixed it for me. The customer service I received from Cara was super helpful and exceeded my expectations! Very grateful for her assistance and patience with me :)

They were unable to help me by waiving my insufficient funds fee, so I had to call Chase online banking (and they forgot to add the +1 to the phone number). There was also numerous people who work there just chatting to each other, while I had to wait for one person to be free. Someone should have jumped to help me.

At this location I experienced really Bad Customer service. Not sure of their own procedures when cashing checks. A lot of “I don’t know” and not enough “let me find out” Then I wanted to open an account and he told me he wanted to go home early, so he didn’t have time. Told me to come back Monday. Or for me to go to another branch in another city. Such a bad way to have chase look.

Bank is closed although it states open online. Poor business management to not be updating your online hours when you are closed.
