They were unable to help me by waiving my insufficient funds fee, so I had to call Chase online banking (and they forgot to add the +1 to the phone number). There was also numerous people who work there just chatting to each other, while I had to wait for one person to be free. Someone should have jumped to help me.

Showed up at closing time for a notary. Camille apologized that there wasn't one at that branch, but called the Orem branch for me. When no answer she emailed them to set up an appointment, and sent me another email the next day letting me know they'd be ready for me. She never even asked for proof I am a Chase customer! Best customer service I've gotten in ten years as Chase customer! Orem notary was great, too.

Great people here. All friendly and have remembered my name and what I do. I go in twice a week and they are always welcoming. Other reviews are bad because people don't understand banking rules and how they work. If you are familiar with waiting periods, overdraft fees and read banking rules with chase, they do everything professional and by the book.

I wanted to share a quick story about my experience to help others decide to bank or not bank here. A couple days ago I logged into to account to view my payroll deposit was deposited successfully into my savings account, which it was! Things have been going smooth with Chase so far, no reason to complain, or so I thought... I logged in today to move some money around and I noticed my savings account was missing? WTF? I had a lot of money in that account, where did it go? Well after calling the bank, I found out that they had CLOSED my savings account due to 'no activity' and returned my money to the payroll company. How god damn kind of Chase! So to make matters worse, they will not re-open the account, I have to go into a branch and open ANOTHER savings account. Not to mention contact my HR manager and get a physical check after they can prove the check was returned by my bank. This will be a multiple day process that could have easily been avoided if they could see the activity in my savings account before closing my account. Very disappointed in my experience here at Chase. Worst banking experience I've had. Bring your money elsewhere if you want any sort of competency.

Went in to deposit money into my husband's account. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Looked at my daughter and told her she wasn't speaking to her. She refused to put the cash into the account. She was completely lacking in any type of customer service, or any chance of a solution to the situation. (Lillia Chavarin) My husband and I are completely disappointed in this branch and the "supervisor" on the floor. This isn't the only time we've had issues at this branch. Seriously starting to rethink the choice of bank we have chosen to bank at.

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!! We wrote our daughter a check that cleared our bank on July 9, 2018. Today is August 1, 2018 and they are still holding her funds and closed her act for no reason. They say the funds will be there in 24 hours. They weren't. Then they say 72 business hours. They weren't. We have talked to them several times to let them know the check is valid. THEY DONT CARE!! They have stolen $3000 from her!

Terrible service, I've come in on several occasions and watched one teller do both the drive up window and work the counter in the bank while several other employees stand around shooting the breeze. Don't bank with this branch! Their ATM inside has been either out of service for over a month or barracks down at least twice a week when I come in. The outside ATM must be operated by a third part as I get strange fees for using it compared to other chase ATM's. It has been enough of an inconvenience I have started banking elsewhere and when I can I will be closing my Chase accounts. I mean come on I don't even have free checking or savings accounts and everybody else does, are you freaking kidding me?no I would not come back to this branch if it were my choice unless my life depended on it. But even then it may not be worth it.try Utah community credit union, Zions bank or anybody else. No I don't have an account at science, and I'm not being paid to say that, I am a real customer, and I'm tired of being their customer.!!!

This bank has terrible customer service DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THROUGH ATM BCAUSE IF YOU WITHDRAW MONEY FROM IT AND THERE ISNT ENOUGH IT WILL CHARGE YOU FOR IT AND IT WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING!! The branch manager told me "the ATM is controlled by a third party and we can't refund you your money" I was never told what company does control that ATM either. This place robbed me and now I can't pay my part of the rent! I'm now going to have a late fee. The branch manager said I will not be reimbursed for the late fee. The sad part is I have proof with the receipts and my bank statement. The branch manager also refused to look at the cameras. I will never return to this establishment.
