I prefer this location over the orem one. Less busy, less items locked away, and they associates were very helpful and aware at self checkout

Nobody here knows what price match guarantee means. They won't math the prices from the app online.

This Walmart is awful with its pickup AND delivery options. Last week I tried pickup, and I waited an hour when picking it up and watched many people come and go after me get their orders but no one came to my car. I finally had to get out and chase an employee down and ask them about my order and they said that the system didn't say I had checked in, when in fact I had checked in on the way to pick the order up like you're supposed to. And I just ordered delivery this morning because between work I had no time to go to the store but needed some things for breakfast and lunch. The only option it gave me was to pay $10 for 2 hour express delivery, so I did. I waited 2 hours, then 3 and my order was still showing as "preparing" with no other update. I chatted with an agent online about it who called the store and was told to cancel the order because "they couldn't find it in the system". However the agent I chatted with had it pulled up just fine so it sounds like pure laziness to me on the store's end. Not ordering with them ever again and will choose a different store for my future grocery shopping.

so disappointed in walmart in lindon.... i went in yesterday sept 8th to check the outdoor grill prices, we asked if they would match the syrcuse on-line store price, but they said we would have to come back monday to talk to the department head, so monday i went in and she was nice but said she couldn't match it without alves anderson approval, i asked if he was there she said yes go to the service desk and they will call him, she said a lot of customers are asking when the grills are going to drop since it it end of the season. i proceeded to the front, i paid for my cart items then went to the service desk and asked for anderson.... they asked why so i told them about the grill question, they replied he wont match it, i asked if i could talk to him and they said he was in the store but wont talk to me about it since they dont match it, (they didn't even try to call him) i said i'd still like to talk to him about when they will drop their grill prices, they said he doesn't plan on dropping them for quite a few weeks that the re-model is costing so much that he said he cant drop the prices of anything... i said i'd still like to talk to him so he knows the customers are waiting for the drop... the service lady suggested that i hurry up to syrcuse if i'd like a good deal.... i left the store irritated that the store manager wouldn't even take time to talk to me and that he has trained his employees to not call him if requested.... i don't think i will be shopping at that walmart for awhile knowing they don't care to hear from their customers ....

Very clean store and bathrooms. This is my go to store for goods and Rx. I just wish they would have more cashiers. I will not ever buy cart fulls of goods anymore here because self checkout with more than 15 items is horrible.

Horrible experience! We are traveling through and forgot a few items. Found a Walmart and stopped at 8am. I was in the store maybe 15 minutes, maybe. My shopping list was small. Sponges, chicken broth, dog food, and a dog leash. That was all I had on my list!!!!!! The cashier was rude. I asked how long the screen would be frozen. She was condescending and asked if I needed help. Yes, I actually would like help, the screen is frozen! She showed me how to use my card in a super rude way, I seriously know how to use my card! The worst part was the guy in the parking lot!!!! I have a dodge dually one ton pulling a 38' 5th wheel. I parked at the edge of the parking lot, honestly not to help others out but so that I don't get blocked in by idiots. Remember I was only shopping 15 minutes and was parked at the edge of the lot. The guy with the vest on is waiting at my truck when I come out. He tells me I need to leave that I cannot park there. I told him I was in a parking area and not in anybody's way. He said trailers are not welcome. Seriously? He watched me walk out with my sack of groceries! So beware! If you are traveling please stop at ANY Walmart but this one!!!!! You are not welcome to shop for 15 minutes at 8am! I would have returned my $20 sack of groceries except I needed the stuff and didn't trust leaving my truck and trailer parked outside for any longer. Walmart get it together! You have always had decent sized parking lots for us larger rigs, today was only $20 in forgotten items but yesterday at my local Walmart was $189 in planned items.

Currently waiting for someone to unlock the video game cabinet......20 minutes later...still waiting. Talked to Isaac and Taylor in electronics. Haven't seen the first associate Isaac since our first encounter 20 minutes ago.. he went to look for the keys....Walmart at its best

The annoying: This Walmart NEVER has enough employees. I am a big fan of self check out but not when I'm doing a MAJOR shop. The last 5-6 times I have gone there has either been no cash register lanes open or only 1. When there has been 1, it was ran by a nearly incompetent human who took s century to scan and bag, didn't know how to weigh and ring up a bag of avocados, and had to call a manager over three different times for assistance. The redeeming: their pick up service people are always kind and prompt. The store is typically well organized and clean.

Always in stock. Employees are nice and available to help. The parking lot is always free of carts and the people who push them are moving about without moving their mouths. It seems as though the management here does care about productivity and their customers.

I don't know why this Walmart has two places for reviews so I am posting in both. Especially because this was not my first experience with poor customer service at this location. After I accidentally left a bag of paid for groceries behind at the checkout, I called the store to see if I could have them brought out to the online pickup area. The service manager tells me that they can not do that. I will need to park again on a busy Saturday and come in and I will need to wait in the long service line to see if they even have my groceries in the service area. I thought that it was her JOB to be of service to customers who spend their money there. I went to Harmons and repurchased the apples that were in the bag because it was faster and they always have good customer service.

Really love this online grocery pickup through Walmart! It's so simple to use their website to place my order. It's FREE, which is the best part of all. It's always so quick and simple to pick them up. I can leave my kids in the car, they bring it right out to the car. The staff is always so friendly. One time I had to come an hour later and they were so understanding. My order has also always been on time. They text you when it's available and you have an hour window to come pick it up. Amazing! My new method of getting my groceries. My only advice is to check on fragile produce (like berries or greens). You can return it right there if it isn't looking fresh. Overall a great service!

Chris at the self check out area was very friendly and pleasant. I dropped a penny or of my wallet and raced over to me and picked it up for me. Y'all need to hire more people like this young Chris fellow.
