The rent increase is ridiculous and doesn't match the "market" at all. I looked myself. This company is unethical and lying.

My wife and I had a storage unit at this location for 10 months. 3 months into our contract our payment increased by just over $100 due to a “Market Rent Rate Increase.” The employees properly prepped us for this and we were not blindsided, however it’s never fun to have a bill increase like that nor do I really believe that the “Market Rate” for a storage unit increased like that.
Craig however, has done a phenomenal job in helping us get started and terminate our contract. The people who work at this location are great.
