The furniture seems nice, but we walked in, smiled and said hello and the staff walked past us not only without a word, but with a scowl. It was a little awkward. The staff’s attitude immediately made me think this was not a place I’d like to stay long.

A no refund policy is not good business. I knew when I bought the rug what the policy was so it was a risk I was willing to take, but I returned it less than 24 hrs later to only get store credit. "It never expires" Until they go out of business. I would not recommend this store.

Oh my gosh this store is amazing!!!! The design and styles are so on trend! And affordable! I seriously wish I had a full house project for them to do. I had the pleasure of meeting Ella, one of the owners daughters in Victoria BC and was so impressed with her! What a great family business to support! Shay

Lindy and her staff at Four Chairs have been working with us for the past year during the construction of our home. Her talents extend much further than choosing furnishings and fabrics. She has been indispensable in bringing our house from the blue print to the beautiful home we live in today. She worked with suppliers and craftsmen, from stone masons to finish carpenters, tile layers to electricians to get details done just right. Then before we moved in she and her staff brought the furnishings we had ordered and installed them and staged the house, hanging mirrors and pictures and making beds. Thank you Lindy for every thoughtful detail!

We had the distinct pleasure of working with Lindy Allen in the construction of our new home. This is the second home we have built as a family. In our first home we didn’t include a designer and my wife did a very admirable job on her own. This build, though, we decided to include a designer in the process. We couldn’t be happier. Lindy Allen was there all through the process to guide and assist to whatever level we desired. As the husband, I was at first a bit skeptical, but I soon learned what a talent Lindy is. Through this process, when people would rave about the selections of lights, tile, colors - whatever, we would respond, “Oh, Lindy helped us all along the way”. She even helped us pick out the stone on the exterior. I have learned to smile with appreciation when I hear her voice say, “I just love this!”. I have truly learned that when Lindy pronounces something as “cute”, it really is - she is a true talent. I would recommend her heartily to anyone going through the building process.

Four Chairs Furniture has great taste in furniture, accessories, rugs, and sofas. I didn't know what my style/taste was in decorating, but I had great help and advice. My house came together better than I could even imagine. Truthfully, I don't like shopping around at a bunch of stores for a little something here and there. I love Four Chairs Furniture because so much of what I love is all in one store...and they best part for me was that they helped me pick my colors and pull it all together. So much of my stress was gone. It made it easy and fun to redecorate. And my house has high quality furniture that will last a very long time. I absolutely recommend this store. L.O.V.E.

I came in here for the first time looking for some new decor for my home. They have the cutest things! The sales girls were all so kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend shopping here. ?

They have always been so helpful to help me with questions over the phone and as well as purchasing their amazing decor over the phone as well (I don’t live super close) The customer service is amazing and they have gone above and beyond to help me with design questions I have had! Love Four Chairs!

They recommended paint that clumped and finisher that turned cabinets we had worked on for 3 days yellow. Said they'd give us a refund for that can of finisher, no refund yet.Staff at the store were very unhelpful, whenever we asked a question they said they didn't know and would need to call "the guys" that were out working. Didn't wear masks either.

You can buy a decent couch at RC Willey or Furniture Row for $2-3k, only to have it fall apart after 2-3 years of use. You get what you pay for and the quality of couches here last way longer and are way nicer!Just bought our second couch and loved it. Super helpful staff. I will say one thing, and maybe it’s a Utah momo thing but zomg-so-many-pillows!But hey - great people, great variety and great couches.

Is it just me or am I the only one who is ignored when I shop here? I have been in three times in the past couple of months and each time I think my experience will be better. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service is consistent. I have never been acknowledged - even when lingering around the check out counter - nor have I ever been asked if I needed help with anything. I just think it's weird. And disappointing. I finally decided to write a review after three visits. Not sure what's going on?

I was really excited to visit this furniture store as I’ve heard great things. 1. Not a single employee said hi or asked if they could help me as I walked around the store for over 20 minutes — didn’t even bat an eye, and about 4-5 passed me while I was there. 2. Also... not a single employee was wearing a mask. Hi, it’s 2020 and that’s unacceptable. Everywhere. Super disappointed. Great furniture (overpriced), but horrible service.

OVERPRICED! I wasn’t impressed with this place. The selection is actually really awesome, but EXTREMELY over priced. I would highly recommend not buying from these guys because they mark up their inventory so much — over double of what the price normally is. I came here with my son in his stroller and found it really hard to move about the store. The associates weren’t super friendly because unless you look like “a big spender” they won’t help you. They also talk bad about other furniture stores and design companies to get their clients to pick them. Sounds like desperation if you ask me.
