My dad bought a Genesis and it's been the worst experience of his life (and he's bought over 20 cars). He has spent at least 10 seperate days on hold, being hung up on by their service department, saying the same thing over and over and over again and they won't help him. I know I won't ever buy a Genesis.

I will never, ever buy another Genesis and I recommend you do not either. Genesis might be the worst company I have ever worked with in customer support in my entire life. They literally will not take my payments, I have spent about 30 hours on hold, being hung up on by their service department, saying the same thing over and over and over again, they barely speak English and can't help me. Then they send me to collections, who also can't take my payment without some special process, then it doesn't work the next month.

First time visit to Genisis of London. I was amazed at how beautiful the dealership was. It has a full sized Zen garden! It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Everyone was nice, friendly, always asking us if they could do anything for us. They were helpful to a fault. They never pressured us. They just answered questions As best as they could. It was amazing. And so were the vehicles. The GV80 is wow! We enjoyed our test drive of the GV70 Electrified. But it was the GV60 that sold us! It was designed and built from the ground up to be an electric car. And it’s amazingly fast. Why buy $120,000 Porsche when you can get a $60,000 GV 60 that’s just as fast! And with a better looking interior! And most of all, Aislinn was great to work with. She was very patient and knowledgeable and did a great job answering all of our questions.

I don’t enjoy the experience of buying a new vehicle but, that changed today!
I can’t imagine a more positive car buying experience!
Clay was just plain wonderful. He communicated with honesty and assertiveness and was quick to respond to all questions I had.
Today I purchased a GV80.
It’s a great day!

Brandon went over and beyond finding my wife her dream car. After a couple days of looking for the right one he found it. The car sold itself. The G70 is sick. Brandon was honest and upfront. No BS games like lots of other dealers. I will be back in 3 to 5 years to upgrade. Thanks Brandon, Shay, and Adam. They stayed late and came in on there days off just to take care of me. Come here if you want to be treated fairly.

Genesis of Lindon is the best dealership I have ever worked with hands down. The entire experience from start to finish was very impressive. The knowledge, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff is first class and the facility looks like a 5 star hotel lobby. Super happy with my last three vehicles from them.
