“Collin and Kaymin totally went above and beyond!!! I bought an outdoor table late at night and needed help loading it in my van. But I could not get my grandkids car seats unhooked so that I could move my seat, seats forward and fit the table. They both came out and helped remove the car seats. Get the table in and load everything back up into my van. They made my life better that day.!!!”
“Bought a lawn mower online and chose the free next day delivery option, the lawn mower got sent to some random address. Called customer service line and they did not connect me to the store where it shipped from until 48 hours later. But as soon as I got connected to the Orem store, manager Jason called and apologized for the 3rd party local shipper for the mix-up and he personally delivered another one to my door after he got off work on a Saturday. He also told me he would give me some compensation for the delay. And on Monday morning I see the discount credited back to my card already! Overall, not a great experience with Lowe's corporate office but Orem store stepped up and changed my opinion. Thank you Jason for going above and beyond on fulfilling this order! I will probably think twice when ordering online at Lowes.com in the future but will definitely go shop at Orem store again!”
“I had an excellent experience yesterday in the garden center. I went looking for shrubs and plants that do well in shade, and I’m not particularly knowledgeable in this area and asked Shay for help. She took her time and showed me every option, and even picked up the plants and put them in the cart for me since my hands were full with my children. She was exceptionally helpful, and even assisted with hauling mulch for me as well. Shay also helped me get everything into my car. As a mom with two little ones, I am so appreciative for the extra help and kindness. Thank you to Shay, and also Lowe’s for hiring good people who will smile and help- which is harder and harder to find these days. The plants are also great.”
