“DJ and Dan were so helpful! I got my engagement ring from here 4 years ago and I had my ring banded pretty bad and had to bring it in to get it fixed. DJ welcomed me inside the store and Dan took a look at the ring. I thought he was just analyzing how long it would take but he was fixing my ring! We wanted to custom make a ring but found that to be challenging with some of the first few people we had reached out to.Once we contacted Jamestown, Angela was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She had a really positive attitude about our request and even came up with a digital rendering for us, so we could feel confident in their ability to proceed with the request. We met Angela in person and she was so friendly and thorough in assisting us through the design process, including everything down to the most minor of details. Jim, the jeweler, did a fabulous job of creating the ring and they were able to accommodate a request in post-production that made the ring absolutely perfect. If you're in the market for any jewelry, not just an engagement ring, come visit Angela and you'll have a wonderful experience!”

He's knowledgeable and honest and is a fantastic source for rock collectors and novice lapidary artists like myself. He has a great selection of faceting rough, which I should probably keep to myself, but in hopes of helping Jim sell some things, I think everyone that needs quality material to work with, as well as quality information, should absolutely stop by and have a chat. Sent a message to the owner McKay, showed him a few pictures of what my wife wanted and what my budget was, and he customized a gorgeous set of rose gold wedding band and engagement rings right in my budget. My wife has absolutely loved her rings and she's gotten compliments on them almost daily for the past 4 years. Recently I've wanted to recommission McKay to do another band for our anniversary but I don't know if they are still open or not, I haven't gotten a response back from any of my online inquiries. My wife had shown interest on some cute furniture they had available and so I decided to contact them to see if there was anything we could do to make it happen. Paula was extremely accomodating and went out of her way to make sure I knew everything about the furniture I was getting prior to picking it up (such as dimensions and stuff I needed to safely transport it). Additionaly, they went out of their way to make the experience enjoyable; they helped me load the furniture into my truck, gave us a beatiful piece of art (which will be for sure framed and displayed at our home) and that day, they even had chocolate strawberries there!Items are very fairly priced, their customer service is extraordinary and the location is very clean and full of quality decorations and antiques! And, by the way, my wife absolutely loved her mother's day gift! I will recommend Salt Washed Co to any of my friends any day! It was 110% well worth the long drive.”
