Update: I try and do oil changes myself but sometimes I want to save time. THIS PLACE DOES NOT SAVE YOU TIME. If they are busy or not it seems to take no joke 2-3 hours. A oil change takes 20mins. The first time I thought they were just busy but now I realize that’s just normal. I get they do an inspection but 2-3 HOURS???
Great service and thorough inspection. Took a good minute but I guess they were busy.

I took my car in to get emissions done and my fluids topped off. 30 minutes later my coolant was completely dumping from my car. Took it back in the next day to have everything looked over, they proceeded to tell me there was no leak and all the levels were good. Literally once I went to the Orem Jiffy Lube for another purpose, they told me there was a massive leak that I should have checked out immediately. Could have destroyed my vehicle if I trusted them.

Took my money to do the emissions test, then the mechanic said he did not "feel comfortable" completing the test, even after the county officials cleared the vehicle to be passed based on JL mistaken visual fail. They mistook a turbo wastegate for a exhaust butterfly valve (not sure how), which the county then understood and approved, but this JL told me they still did not "feel comfortable" retesting it, even after the actual county official (emission authority) cleared it. They kept my money, but refused to provide the service. What a joke!
Also, this is after they had passed the car for two previous years, and I worked directly with the county two years before that.
They caused a lot of trouble all due to lacking knowledge, and in the end took my money without providing the retesting service. I am not sure if that is criminal, but it sure is a bad business practice.

Was a good experience overall, employees were friendly and my car was serviced reasonably quick. Only negative thing was they checked my radiator cap/pressure and didn’t reinstall the cap correctly. They didn’t twist it back on all the way and I left straight from my oil change appointment to drive for 6 hours. 30 min into my drive my car overheated and I had to stop to get it looked at, delaying my trip. i had to stop to get it looked at. Turns out the coolant was boiling over and I lost nearly a gallon of coolant due to this and had to buy more to add. Some sort of compensation for their mistake would be nice for this inconvenience

Went in today and had a great experience. There is a front manager, I think it's Megan. Does a great job, watched her treat several customers above what I would expect. Your corporate office should make her a trainer. PRICELESS!!
