GoTo represents what we hate most about capitalism... Lock-ins and penalties in the small print, that the sales reps have no incentive to tell you about.
Don't sign any agreement without reading the small print. GoTo makes money on Gotcha's, where your year+ contract automatically renews to another year, with penalties, even if you cancel ALL phone numbers before contract renewal. Yes, they don't care that they are providing absolutely no service. Service is not what matters to them. Only the legalsleeze in the small print matters to them. Apparently, there is no such thing as a shell account, even if it is a shell account. You still need to have somebody click a "cancel" button in your empty account, even though you have no phone service. Otherwise, they will continue to charge the full amount as if you have service and penalize you even further when you realize your contract was renewed. Something I was never warned about. But apparently, I was warned somewhere in the terms of service 15 months ago, and therefore it is unnecessary for them to remind me. Every time I think businesses are built on trust, then one of the untrustworthy businesses like GoTo - proves me wrong!

I have to use this product for work. It is horrible. The service the quality. There unwillingness to come and adress it. As a business we loose money everyday due to not being able to answer a clients call and understand what they are saying. And now I have to give out my personal number to speak with customer. This entire service is supposed to keep that from happening.
I have called and spoke with tech department 3 separate times. Over multiple months to no resolution. Other than is is AT&T fault, it is Verizons fault, it is Xfinity fault not GOTO fault.

Switched from weave to GoTo and it was horrible. Dropped calls galore, switching back to weave but now stuck with a $2500 cancellation fee. Don’t do it, you can find better platforms at the same or lower cost.

Good product - but horrible service. GoTo was SO much better when it was just Jive. I have been a customer for 6 years, and it still took my 2.5 weeks to get a hold of someone to buy an additional product. I then set up training for that product, and no one showed up to the training call. So incredibly frustrating. I felt compelled to leave a review as I have never experienced worse customer service from a tech company - particularly when I am trying to give them more money!

If you are a small business, I would suggest you look for another company. We've been experiencing tons of audio issues. Ive called support multiple times and all I get is the run around to call my ISP, blame configuration of network. The support from this company is horrific. I've had to submit an FCC complaint on them as I can't get anyone to help me resolve this or let me out of our contract terms. I would caution anyone who has a dependence on their phones with signing up with this company.

Worst service ever stay far away, can never get through to customer service, calls get dropped & call quality is awful. Every time I try to call I get someone who barely speaks english & they never solve the issue.

PHONE SERVICE IS FINE BUT i AM SPENDING TIME EVERY MONTH DISPUTING THE SAME ADDITIONAL $110.00 CHARGES, FOR SERVICES I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. It is a HUGE HEADACHE.... SMH

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company for approximately six months I moved my services from Ring Central, under the advice of a colleague that the prices were more competitive. Well you know the saying you get what you pay for and I got exactly what I paid for this was the worst experience in my 20 year business experience. I am in the service industry and 80% of my business comes through our phone lines and I would say 70% of the calls that came in either I wasn’t able to hear the CALLER or the CALLER could not hear me and I was forced to hang up the call and call the person back from my personal line not very professional not giving a good first impression so take my advice avoid this company like the plague I am currently with Grasshopper, and I am very satisfied with the service don’t go with this company. Oh and also even after I canceled the account and ported my numbers to Grasshopper, they still billed me for services and I had to wait 10 days for a refund so not only is the service horrible but they’re dishonest also.

LogMeIn's phone service Jive is absolute garbage. Like the majority of complaints listed here on the BBB, the customer service we have received has been awful. We have had to spend at least 20 hours on the phone with their so-called customer service/support lines...and that's just in the two short weeks since we onboarded with them. We've asked numerous times for an account manager to call us back and have had zero response. This company has been an absolute let down! The only thing they do well is bill and charge us. HORRIBLE!!!!

I wish I could leave no stars. I'm disgusted with this company. Someone committed fraud on my credit card, charging services with Grasshopper.com. I called the company TWICE about it...the first time the support person did nothing. I've contested the charges on my credit card 3 times and gotten 2 new credit cards. (Visa keeps pushing the payments through) So I called Grasshopper.com again and went through the process of creating a fraud report, which the support person should have done the first time. I sent them screen shots of the transactions on my credit card. They finally got back to me to say the screenshots of the transactions I sent are deposits back into my account...they are clearly not. I have blocked them on my credit card, hopefully this time Visa will not push through the charges if they still have not deleted the fraudulent account. This company takes very little concern with fraud. Not a good company.

I wouldn't use this company again. First the app has a bad echo sound. Almost every person I spoke to with the app said this to me. I canceled my service 3 days into a new month and they will no do any retroactive credit for the remainder month. Very poor all around and would not recommend them at all.

Horrible service phones are experiencing issues yet again today. The customer service wasn't even able to log into my account to trouble shoot. Admitted having company wide issues on there platform. Think I'm done with them and VoIP not impressed.
