As we live 2 1/2 hours away, we were worried about two things: an outrageous additional cost for the distance and trying to find the style/color we wanted from a distance. Andrew was very patient with us as we asked questions and sent us ample photos and suggestions. The final install looks great, instructions on cleaning and maintenance were clear, all individuals who came to our home were professional and did a great job. The cost for the distance was surprisingly reasonable. Could not be happier with the initial results.”
