I have a Rivian R1S, I realize that’s still a ‘newer’ brand but it’s been out for almost 4 years now. I brought it in for a tire alignment. I called ahead to make sure they could do it and I was told yes to bring it in. After about a half hour they gave up and said they didn’t have the tools to do it. Lesson learned.

I recently took my Honda into Les Schwab after getting a flat tire, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. The team was quick to diagnose and fix the problem, and to my surprise, they repaired the tire at no charge.
What stood out most was how I was treated throughout the entire visit—everyone was professional, courteous, and respectful. It’s rare these days to find a business that combines great service with genuine care for their customers, and Les Schwab really delivered on both.
I’ll definitely be returning for future tire and automotive needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest service.

I was already a loyal customer of the Les Schwab and after today I am even more so! I just had a significant and relatively costly service done on my 2019 Tacoma by having them completely replace and installing a new rack & pinion. I am so glad I did.
Nick and Megan were very helpful in breaking down the full procedure and helping me better understand why it was a worthwhile financial investment. They even took me back to the vehicle on the lift and the mechanics Marcus and Juan personally showed me exactly what they were doing. So cool to safely see and understand.
Thanks Lindon Les Schwab! I am a happy customer and will be sure send any friends and family in your direction for repairs on their own vehicles.

Marcos did a lower control arm ball joint, two upper control arms, all the tie rod ends, and aligned my 4Runner in 2.5 hours.

Had low tire pressure on one of my tires a few days go in for pump and then after 3rd time had them look and they found nail in it was why got low 3 times and repaired for free! :)

I got a flat tire on the freeway and carefully made my way to the Les Schwab at 1600 N, just off the exit. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me kindly and got my car into the shop right away. In less than 30 minutes, they had patched the hole and had me safely back on the road—at no charge! They could have tried to sell me a new tire or rim, but they were completely honest and said I didn’t need anything else. Service like this is rare, and I’m so grateful for their honesty, speed, and professionalism.
