“We LOVED Russ with Northwest Orthotics! One of my twins needed to wear a helmet. The whole process went very smooth, he answered any of my questions day or night and made sure my little guy was comfortable the whole process! They are very easy to schedule with! Allie was great to get us in whenever we needed, living in rural Utah it was nice that we could go to their Spanish Fork office for our monthly checks. “Jared is doing such a great job with these two beautiful smart girls! They open and close the phone calls so well each and every time I come to get a prescription. They always use clean language, they sanitize the pharmacy and have very clean hands. I’m going through a lot being on house arrest and it’s really important to take my medication and have a clean record. I come into grab my medicine and they don’t judge me badly or be mean to me with an ankle monitor. They are very loving and respectful to my mom who’s a registered nurse and my disabled dad.Thanks to judge James Brady for letting me be on the outside fighting to keep a clean record and be a productive member of society. My family doctor at premier family medical loves this place as well and they are so quick to get stuff done and communicate very well and professional. “The gals there are super helpful! I was showing multiple different knee braces and the benefits of each. They suggested I try to get it through my insurance-That didn't work out but I came back and paid out of pocket anyway because this store out of t others has the most variety of supplies in the valley (at least they have the knee brace I like where others don't) so I would highly recommend coming to this store!”
