MEI and its team has been fantastic to work with. They have given outstanding support with jobs, quick responses, and working with with me on all of our custom orders. They will take care of you and get you what you need! This is the least I could do for them, as they have already gotten me out of some sticky spots already!

What a great experience! The crews are all so nice and knowledgeable. They showed up and had it done in no time flat. I was impressed with how they all matched and communicated with each other. What a great company to work with.

in 2018, I decided to leave the a company that appeared to be run by two headed cats. management talked out both sides of their kitty cat heads. And joined a company that reminded me of a well oiled machine, lube with delicious bacon grease that made you excited to go to work every day. in fact, the company is so much fun to work at, it feels like you are working with family. the ability of the employees and skills are amazing. in fact I would recommend other crating and rigging companies to use us to do their work so they can have happy customers. The safety culture is like heaven compared to our competitors safety culture. in fact, the salt lake office has the best safety manager, mainly because of his amazing dad jokes and his quality Martha Stewart cooking abilities. spider man would hang around for one of his pies.

MEI helped first remove a tank and then install our much bigger new tank for storing our product back in a really hard to reach corner of our shop over the top of 2 other tanks. It was extremely tight and they pulled it off amazingly. We bid it out to others (IRH) and IRH first said they could do it then when it was time to install IRH backed out of doing it because of the complexity. MEI stepped in and saved the project for us! I highly recommend MEI and their team. They did a great job and were competitive on the price as well.

I had a great experience working for MEI Rigging! The owner is a quality guy and fulfills every promise. The Salt Lake/Provo operation is a well run organization. I highly recommend them.

MEI Rigging & Crating in Utah is a great place to work. MEI has built a great team and the culture has been centered upon good values. I like the fact that everyone is held accountable and that we have 10 other offices in the country to draw upon for help in the field or consulting with one another for different projects.

We have used MEI for multiple projects and they have ALWAYS come through on their word. Great crews and better prices than others on all our bids. MEI is our go to for heavy equipment moving at our facility. Deik is great to work with!!!

On July 26, 2021, one of their drivers totaled my mother's car while it was parked in front of our home. Joel McDonald originally acted like they would do right by us. He wanted to tow our car away and see what it would cost for repair. When we told him it would be totaled, he came back and said this would be handled by their insurance. 15 days later we were given an insulting offer from the insurance company. Yes, the car is totaled just in case you were wondering. We thought they would at least give us enough to replace the vehicle since it was clearly their fault, but no. They offered about half of that. Now, Joel, this guy who pretended this would be handled fairly, won't answer his phone. The company was unapologetic and blew me off just as he did. We just wanted them to do what is right and make up the difference between what insurance is willing to pay and what it will cost to replace the car, but they have zero intentions of doing anything.Thank you MEI for this warm welcome to Royse City. You must feel real nice after destroying something that didn't belong to you, and then getting away with not replacing it. I hope people see this post and realize that you didn't do the right thing over a few grand. Just wait until one of your customers has a high priced disagreement with you. There is no way they can count on you to do the right thing in that situation, unless it benefits you, of course. I'm sure they can make a lot more noise than I can. Best of luck to y'all.
