Best dealer experience I've ever had. After being to many other big box dealers I was expecting to go in having to be aggressive with negotiation and have to play hard ball. Greg who helped us out was a treat to work with. So chill, fun, and absolutely no pressure ever from him. He answered our bazillion questions with the patience of a saint and carefully walked us through the process of buying our first ever brand new car. We LOVE the Santa Fe Hybrid we got and couldn't be happier with how we were treated at Murdock Hyundai. Customers for life!

We were very scared to purchase a car after some bad experiences at other dealerships in the past. Murdock went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and did so many things to make us feel comfortable and took care of us wonderfully. Andrew A. was such a patient and personable representative of Murdock, I would buy a car from him any day in the future, such a great guy. We had a great time at Murdock Hyundai! Greg was awesome to work with! We loved how we just started looking at the cars immediately instead of just sitting in front of a computer. His knowledge of the cars they had made it so much easier to find the car we liked. Also, their use of golf carts made it so much easier to view their line up. We’ve had our car for a few weeks now and we are still very happy with our purchase!

Andrew was great help. We’ve had bad experiences in the past at dealerships, but he made sure to be honest and very nice! All the staff was great with finance and even providing treats for our toddler we had to bring along. We will be back!

I helped my daughter buy her first car (used). The process at Murdock went fairly well. The sales person was great to work with. The finance person was also great to work with. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Be aware that they add a $200 charge to put air (nitrogen) in your tires. They list it as "Murdock Nitrogen" (Nitrogen is supposed to be better than air for tires). This is the same air that Costco offers for free at their self-service machines.

Joel sold us a Hyundai palisade this past weekend and we love it! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting a car truthfully. His product knowledge was incredible and he knew every feature the car had inside and out. He truly cares about getting you a vehicle that is right for you and working with you to make that happen. He was great at explaining the different car options compared to the palisade and finding a price that worked for us. If you can get a car from him do it cause seriously he made the experience super straightforward, easy, and fun!

We didn't purchase our 2023 Palisade from you guys, we had a poor experience at another dealership in Sandy (not a Murdock establishment) and wish we'd had gone here. 10/10 for fast service ans communication! Chris, our service agent was awesome as well. Thanks guys, we will be back!

This place is good to buy a car, but it is a mess when you need to use any car services because they just don’t care. Oil change with appointment will take 3 hours , when is about engine check light it will take couple of days for just diagnostic and all that time you will be sitting without a car to use. Service department is full of lazy and careless people.

This was the best car buying experience we’ve had. The manager and sales team were friendly and extremely helpful. Aaron Quintana was great to work with. He took lots of time to explain everything about our new Santa Fe Hybrid. He and the manager made us a very good offer on the purchase price. All told, I would give Murdock Hyundai in Lindon 5 stars and highly recommend them.

We loved working with Will and Josh on buying our new palisade! They couldn't have made it a better and easier process! Will was so great at communicating and helping us get the exact vehicle we wanted. Working extra and taking all the time with us making it a great and personal experience!

Brought my car in for a free oil change as I got my car from this dealership. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car to be brought into a bay. Finally, i said something and they basically told me that i was out of luck and that the oil change was free anyway. The staff was not helpful, or understanding, at all. I believe the person's name was Jacob. If you read other reviews, it seems to be a common thing where they forget people. Would never recommend this place

It's been 3.5 hours since my car was taken into the shop for a regular oil change. I still haven't gotten my car back and customer service has been frustrating.

We had a very positive experience. Our salesman was helpful without being pushy. Our questions were answered and we were taught well about our new car’s features before we drive off. Th rub worked with us on our goals for payments and financing too.

My mechanic had my wife's car up on his rack and realized that the issue with the car was also under recall for all Hyundai Elantra (2017). So he had me call them, before he took it off the rack, to see if they could take care of the car with the issue it was having.I ended up speaking with a young lady in the service department and she took down the vin, researched the recall and technical service bulletin that I asked about, and she told me over the phone that I can bring it in the next day and the fix will be covered.I then had my mechanic take down the car and took it straight into Murdock Hyundai of Lindon.When I got there, Mike (Advisor) took the car in and asked to work on extra components (fluid changes, belt change, etc.) of the car, which I refused and clearly stated to just work on the doors that were covered under the warranty. He never mentioned anything about running a full diagnostic or charging me that.After leaving it with him for about 2 hours, he called me and stated that the car did not fall under warranty because my wife is a second time owner (which I mentioned to the lady over the phone) and that it would now cost $1200 to fix a door handle, which I refused to have them continue on.He then stated that I have to pay a $170 diagnostic fee, even though it was the same diagnostic from my mechanic and that I was under the assumption that my fix was covered under warranty.I spoke with Tyler (manager in the service department) in the office about being misled over the phone - I even provided him the time stamp of the call and that I could even leave my car over the weekend so that on Monday they could listen to what their employee had told me about my car being covered under warranty - over their call recording.He said that "we are all humans - we make mistakes" and still had no professionalism to try and work with me and see what he could do on his side. He simply said that it was not something that they can help with - even though they had made a mistake on their side.I am now out of $170 for being misled by this dealership and have the inconvenience of taking it back to my mechanic for the same exact thing that he would've started on had I not been told it would be fixed for free.I guess even if it's a "mistake" on their end, they can't fix it.

The experience I had at Hyundai of Lindon with Craig as my personal salesman was the best experience I have had in all the years I have buying vehicles for myself and my family. Craig was very thorough and I felt no pressure at all from his team. The only thing I felt and experienced at Hyundai of Lindon was a relaxed gathering among friends talking about cars. Thank you Craig for the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car.
