I've been trying to get any communication possible on why my purchases have not been delivered, not even a tracking number. I ordered on dec 13th, and this is Dec 22nd, i just need to know if i need to cancel my order or if it's coming tomorrow. They said it would be shopped in 3 days. Really disapointed, i guess i have to cancel and not shop here again

While the product they sent looked good they did not fulfill the order I paid for and when I reported the issue they claimed that the order was what they sent. Even with the order details and screenshots of their website they are trying to tell me I got what the product was. I ordered 14 sets for Christmas presents. Their product literally said you would get a SET of coasters; Exact wording for their product. "Personalized Slate Coaster Sets" ... They sent me 1 coaster per order. By definition a "set" is more than 1. I paid $181.38 for 14 individual coasters. Not 14 coaster sets at the product said! After my open issue to them them they changed their website to try to match what they sent me. Which tells me they know they are cheating me!

I placed an order on 11/8/23- the website says items will be shipped within 3 days. My items have yet to be shipped as of this date 11/30/23 and customer service has no idea when it will be shipped? No happy at all.

I have had this rug out for 4 months and am so disappointed in Qualtrys lack of pride in their products by refusing to refund or replace their product. I will no longer purchase from them.

If I coul givee them zero I would. I purchase 5 bamboo cutting boards to be customized with my couples names and wedding dates for Christmas gifts. I purchased them on Groupon in September. I purchased 5. They then wouldn't take them all on one order and wanted to chaarge 15 shipping for each one with handling charges seperately. Then when I tried to use the groupon codes they kept saying they weren't allowed for this purchase. After 3 months I finally contacted Groupon and they refunded the money. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! SCAMMERS

I've been buying from Qualtry for 5 years and never had a problem until this year. I ordered gifts back in early November and early December and it took an act of congress to get some of them. I am still awaiting orders. Customer service does not pick up, they ignore emails and they make promises that they do not intend to keep. It has literally been a nightmare to say the least! Items arrived damaged/distorted and not in any condition to be gifted. They're late and have caused headaches for 3 of my very important Christmas events. I am beyond frustrated and disgusted. They need to be honest and put a focus on customer care--they do not value their customers nor do they care about how they inconvenience people. At this point, I want my orders so that I can just move on.

I am extremely disappointed with the finished productswhich I purchased from Qualtry. My items look NOTHING like the images pictured on your website. I was wondering "how" you could complete my order so quickly, my answer- shoddy workmanship. Intended to use these as holiday gifts, glad I still have time to shop elsewhere.

I have purchased custom cutting boards from Qualtry and they were great! They got them to me before my due date and they looked great. I have also purchased a couple blankets from them in the past, and they are sooo soft. I love them. I would highly recommend them!

Terrible company that misleads customers. Ordered tags through Groupon and only sent one tag... they want to charge me additional shipping for the second tag that should have been sent initially. STAY AWAY from this company.

Ordered a Christmas gift since December 2 for a family member and emailed the company and ask do u have any status on my order, I emailed 3 times no response until after Christmas December 27 I'm a very understanding person, you could have atleast emailed the customer back, moving forward they sent me another package in the mail since it got lost in transit and then it was lost again, once my package finally reached me they sent me a photo of another family lol not my photo i choosed, I won't be using this company again/NEVER !!! Look at the bottom what a different in the people lol unbelievable

The order confirmation I received did not include the metal ID plates for the luggage tags. I immediately emailed Qualtry to say that I did fill out that web page and received an automated response stating someone would get back to me within 24 hours. No one did. The luggage tags arrived today without the metal plates and there's really no way to contact Qualtry except through
[email protected] where I never received a response to my first message. I'm a REALLY unhappy customer.

The products I have ordered from them have been well made, & personalization nicely done - HOWEVER be extremely careful at checkout. I ordered something that was a set of 2, & only 1 came. I called customer support & they told me I only ordered 1. What I THOUGHT I was ordering was 1 SET, but I was told I should have put in 2 for 2 towels. NO COMPENSATION was given & have to pay for additional shipping also!!Their customer service is horrible, shipping also takes a very long time

I have ordered from Qualtry several times in the past. Have been very pleased with their products. This year I helped my grandson with his Christmas shopping on the $5 gifts.Very disappointed and he was heartbroken with no gifts to give. The order was placed Nov 27 and it is now Jan 4. Still no gifts.Very ☹️.
