“We’ve been storing here for about a year and moved to a larger unif if recently it was a new gentleman that had helped us and I told my husband I bet our gate code won’t work when we come back… Sure enough it didn’t but I went into the office it was a great conversation and he was able to get it fixed. Also out of all our time storing here this is only 2 nd or 3rd time I’ve ever had to talk to the people on site and I have no complaints they were great every time.”

“We are so glad we found Timp Storage and recently moved out of our 66% price-hiking unit we had for just 2 months at Extra Space Lehi! Timp is very reasonably and affordably priced and we got the actual size of unit they said it is, not a foot smaller like the other guys did (Extra Space gives 9x9 when renting a 10x10…). Timp has been so kind and helpful with every little thing you can think of, even getting a Uhaul through them was smooth and easy plus they offer inexpensive dumpster use too, which we thought we might need so we got all the details. The manager, John, was so friendly and pleasant to work with and made sure our unit was dusted and cleaned after letting us tour it to make sure of what we wanted, we appreciated that tour to check what units were available and make an informed decision to take an indoor unit right next to the door for easy access!! Plus their locks are inexpensive too, literally everything you need is available there and for so much less cost than any other place, and we felt their locks were actually more secure than a padlock, there’s no way to cut them off. We moved in last week so we will try to update this as we spend more time there over the next year, but so far the entire experience getting the storage unit, renting a U-Haul from them, and moving in has been far superior to anything we’ve experienced in the past! Would recommend to anyone.”
