If you don't mind spending a little extra time at the salon, Tia is fantastic and does such a good and meticulous job with her nail art! My nails are exactly what I was hoping for! Everyone in the salon was very kind and I even left after closing so my nails could be finished.

The first time I came here I was very happy and I’ve never been so happy with my nails I even gave a 20$ tip! the second time I went they were to thick they were pretty but not what exactly I wanted the third time I came I thought ok I’ll give them one more chance to show me my new set of nails can be like the first time I got them done. Honestly I’m very disappointed the girl charged me twice as much for less detail and the lemons I wanted don’t look like lemons they look like a star with yellow surrounding it. Literally I went home and cried I felt I got ripped off and the girl that did my nails just wanted to hurry and get it done with so she didn’t want to spend much time on making it look good. I will never return here again. And when I ask for detailed nails I don’t like to be laughed at or having them roll there eyes at me because I want my nails with lots of design I DO NOT MIND PAYING FOR ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL NAILS!! But when you knowingly charge me more because you know I can pay that much and not do the work. It’s such a shame you lost a customer! The first pic is the 3rd time I went 2nd pic is the first time I loved them and the last pic is the 2nd time I went. You can definitely see the last lemon didn’t have any of the fine detail that the first set of oranges and limes have! Very disappointed

Absolutely love Suave Nails! The service here is top-notch — professional, friendly, and always welcoming. Winnie is so spunky and funny. They go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality nail care and a relaxing experience!

I used to go here all the time. It was my favorite but it's gone down hill. I found myself in the area and went in. The girl who worked on me was all over the place. She barely brushed over my rough runners feet and didn't massage at all. I watched her use the calluse tool on someone else that she should've used on me. I assume she thought I didn't know any better or wouldn't notice her lack of attention but I did. It was disappointing.

I've been here before and the service was as you'd expect. During this visit though it was different. I brought my daughter so she could get a mani/pedi and I decided to get a pedi too just for the callus removal. A young woman was training two new employees. They were all outstanding. Big thanks to them. We will come back only if we can book with them.
The reason for the less than perfect score is the same reason I didn't leave a review last time. The gentleman that seemed in charge was just as 'eh' as before and the response to issues was not satisfactory. Not bad enough though to change the amazing experiences with the three that helped us. Even the older woman that did my daughters manicure was personable.

This is my third time getting my nails done with them. I'm always happy and impressed with my nails after. Definitely recommend. The staff is all very friendly and very funny.
