  There was a fire in the building of my unit. Not the companies fault necessarily but still frustrating.
  
  The part that was their fault? Not properly securing the building after the fire fighters cut off all the locks in the units, allowing people to go in and ransack every single unit. So not only was my stuff covered in smoke and soot, but it had been violated and some of it stolen.

  Terrible experience. DO NOT RENT HERE. We found mouse poop and a dead mouse in our stuff a few months ago. We decided to stay since we didn’t have time to move everything out and find somewhere else. We went over a few days ago to get some things out of our unit. As we pulled up, we were told that the day before there had been a fire and our unit had smoke damage. Because of this, we can’t get anything out of our unit and we aren’t even able to go check to see what has been damaged. They offered one month free rent, but it will take us hours to go through everything and throw things out. One month rent won’t come close to all the work we have to do and on top of that we aren’t even able to access any of our stuff. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
  
  UPDATE: We were charged for rent this month even after being told we wouldn’t be, tried calling to see what was going on and haven’t been able to get ahold of them for two days. Not sure when we will have access to our things since I haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone and they don’t return calls.

  They are never open when their hours say they are. I have left multiple messages and they never return my phone calls. This has happened multiple different times. Very unprofessional.

  Lots and lots of mice. We killed about 40 to 50 and most of our items were ruined. Poor leadership and management. Office is closed even when the hours say it is open. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone even when messages are left. We would spend hours at this storage unit just waiting for some assistance and it made for a very frustrating time. A good company and service in my eyes is someone I can get ahold of and get the assistance when I need it. This establish needs a lot of work in that regard.

  Worse place ever for a Uhaul pick ip it was supposed to be open on a Saturday but wasn’t was forced to do a self pick up through the Uhaul app which is not self explanatory they also added an extra dolly and furniture pads which i did not order and the truck also has a check engine light on and the engine squeals when you press the gas pedal 2 hours later waiting for roadside to look at the vehicle worse Uhaul pick up experience ever.

  It was really easy to get the unit rented as well as a uhaul. John was great to work with and even upgraded our unit to a temp controlled one at no extra charge. So far, we're impressed with the facility. It's clean and there are cameras everywhere which gives us extra peace of mind. And the prices are really fair.
