Their customer service is horrible. My elderly parents have had outages that last 4-5 days and they say they've filed a ticket but no action has been taken.. they have no urgency in finding solutions. Helping them find a new provider. Do not recommend

Horrible service! The apartment complex I live at in Provo contracted Veracity to provide internet. Last year, during midterm’s time we were 3 days without internet, and now today, as we’re in finals week our internet randomly stopped working again. In both occasions we’ve tried troubleshooting our router and that’s not the problem. Last time they came they said the problem was in the connection on the wall. Once again, this morning, we called Veracity to report the internet problem, and first they said they couldn’t give us a timeframe to solve the problem. Later today they said they couldn’t come until tomorrow. Our apartment complex (Moon River) charges us a communications’ fee of $75, however when contacted they claim there’s nothing they can do to speed up the process of fixing the internet. Same thing happened last time we asked for their help. I should also mention our internet constantly and randomly stops working. Most of the time I have to use my phone data. Stay away from Veracity and any complex that contracts them as an internet provider!!

Total TRASH internet that cuts out constantly.High mbps means nothing when youre disconnecting 20 times in a 5 minute window. They don't answer the phone and it goes to voicemail like you're calling someone's personal line.

I don’t think I’ve actually experienced an internet provider as terrible as Veracity. Their customer service is horrible, they take forever to answer questions or get back to you. They scheduled my internet installation for a week ago but they never actually installed it or even attempted. I’ve called every day since the installation date and every single time their reply is “well we ran into some complications, we don’t have a time frame, and you’re not allowed to speak with the technicians.” Nothing will ruin your day more than dealing with veracity. Lehi city needs to add more providers ASAP cause Veracity is definitely not it

My condo complex uses this Fiber internet and it is including in our HOA fees. You NEVER get the advertised speeds. It goes in and out all day. It’s not reliable and speeds are slow most of the time. We actually got Xfinity hooked up so I am essentially paying double for internet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Apartment complex uses Veracity for their internet connection and it my specific unit's wasn't working. They sent a worker over after a couple weeks and he took two seconds to tell me nothing was wrong with the internet. I have tried several different routers (all being good routers) and nothing has worked. Nothing will load on my and my roommates electronics, on wifi or off wifi. It is definitely the internet connection. It's like as soon as you step into my unit you no longer have a connection. The worker didn't even try any fixes and now I am going to be stuck for at least a year without any connection (as a student who constantly needs to be online at home for work). Unfortunately, I cannot get out of my apartment contract (I totally would go that far to have actual internet). No help at all- don't get into business with these guys.

When I called and spoke to Stacey B on Monday, she was sooo helpful! She was able to walk me through the entire setup process with my router. Even though we hit many obstacles and technical difficulties, Stacey stayed present on the call with me for over 2 hours to make sure my issues were resolved.

The customer service is extremely unprofessional. I have used at&t, comcast and centurylink in the past. I moved to traverse mountain and only have Veracity as an option. When ordering their service the sales rep had a huge attitude the whole time as I was asking question of what I would need to get my internet up and going. I would have canceled then but once again I'm stuck to the internet monolopy of traverse mountain. I then later called to get help with install and activation. As the lady exhales in frustration she acts like I'm suppose to know all this stuff and then later finds out it's their fault. Horrible customer service. Seems like no one there enjoys their job or wants to go above and beyond. But they charge above and beyond ?♂️

apparently my payment was declined so they sent an email to me (from an address I can't reply to) asking me to MAIL A CHECK! You'd think a Fiber internet company would get with the times. I don't even have checks anymore. You'd think an online portal where I can change my banking information would save them a lot of customer service calls. The other option was to call them, so I did. But no one answered so I left a voicemail and its 3:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon. I guess they aren't too worries about getting paid or else they'd invest in better systems.3 stars because it's been great internet.
