Website claimed FedEx office was open at 9 this morning so I was there only to discover it wasn't even open Saturday OR Sunday! Thanks Walmart for inaccurate information by a mile!
And then after the remodel they continue to leave closed over 30 self-checkouts! Claiming too much loss...really? For a multi-BILLION dollar company, wah! Treat your customers like they don't matter and you'll be losing more than money idiots. I'm done shopping where customers are no longer valued. I'm tired of watching Walmart brands remove my choices on the shelves,more evidence that bottom line greed is more important than quality and customer relations. I'm done!

Used to be a great local Walmart. Evening staff/managers getting less customer service oriented. Starting to mimic other local Walmarts with poor customer service. Will be going there less and less now. It's not always about who has the lowest price when you start throwing customer service out of the window. Each time I go it seems like another policy has changed to fit their pocketbook better.

Good to get what you need fast . Don't expect much help "expertise" prices are usually the best for what your getting. And yes they do have cashiers. Hopefully so all you complainers can "stop"

Went to customer service was a great experience in fact went there twice in one week, the same person waited on me and I was stressed, was in a hurry. She was very professional friendly and nice was very impressed with the service!!!!!

The Lindon Walmart store has the worst grocery carts in the entire Utah County area. Grocery carts are old. Grocery carts are hard to push. It is a pain to find a grocery cart that rolls without being hard to push, or that goes forward sideways. Right???? If you have been at this location, you know what I mean. I have talked to management and no response.

This Walmart oddly enough will be the only Walmart in all of Utah Valley that has items available when everybody else is sold out.

It's been a while since I've been to this location but it is one of my favorites. It's a bigger store and they always have their items stocked. The store is also kept clean and organized. They did have one side of the self checkouts closed though and not very many cashiers so you had to walk to the other side of the store to use those self checkouts. It was fine for us but I could see other people getting frustrated, especially if they parked on that particular side of the store.

Broke my glasses over the weekend, playing baseball, and Wal Mart came to the rescue.
They fixed my glasses in a way I never could have expected, almost as good as new.
Don't recall the name of the dude that fixed it ( gray scrubs) but he did a excellent job.
Appreciate it Wal Mart optometry.

every time I go to wallmart in lindan it is a disaster!!!!!! Nothing has the correct price, everything is out of place and let's not even talk about some of the people who work there. They look at us badly, they look at us like the customer is annoying, the people at the self check out are not very nice!!!!!!. Today in the toy section where the hot wheels toys are, there was a girl named Diana working in such a bad way!!!!!!! her face!!!!!!!! of few friends, please!!!!!!! what's wrong with them!!!!!!!!!

Had several bad experiences with this Walmart in specific within the last month or so, so it's time to share.
Tried to make an online order for phone cases. I ordered them with a deal given in the Walmart app, and when I picked them up one was open and broken. Immediately went to customer service and was told "we can't exchange your broken item for one that isn't broken, but we can refund what you paid and you can buy it again, but the deal is no longer available so you will have to pay full price" I informed them i was quite angry about this (since they had given me the broken item) and finally the manager realized what was going on, and helped me with exactly what i asked, after the employee refused to let me speak to them for over half an hour.
The second incident was when I was attempting to use the self checkout and accidentally scanned two items. For some reason they require an employee verification to remove additional items from your cart, so I waited for assistance. The person managing the self checkout area was playing on their phone, so I asked them for help. They told me not to bother them, but I tried to explain what was wrong and they ignored me. Asked my friend to go get the manager we could see nearby and finally this punk gets all exasperated, groans loudly, and turns on his store issued device and clears them item from my cart. A whole two button presses he was arguing with me over. He spent more time arguing with me then helping me.
I also am frequently accused of stealing, and have been threatened several times with having the police called on me for asking why I am singled out to have my cart and receipts checked every time I am there. They claim to check "all large purchase receipts" but I don't believe that when they check my 1-5 items but let people pass by with carts loaded with hundreds of items, and It happens to me nearly every time I visit the store.
I don't have any of these problems at any other nearby Walmart locations, all of which have cleaner stores, more helpful employees, and better item selections. I recommend avoiding this location at all costs
