“We stopped in without an appointment with two blown tires we got on a road trip, one tire on our truck, one on our trailer. The truck tire (much more expensive) was purchased from LS, and they replaced it completely free of charge. The trailer tire was the original tire, so it wasn't under their warranty, but the price was fair. We had the tires on the truck rotated, too, since we were there. We were in and out in about 90 minutes with two new tires and a rotation for just a bit over $100. Oh, and they put the truck spare back in it's spot under the truck. Amazing! Les Schwab service is absolutely top notch. Thanks for getting us back on the road!”

“Best most honest tire shop I’ve been to. I took my tire leak to get patched at Big O, and they told me that it was on the sidewall and they couldn’t do it, and said I’d need to get all 4 tires replaced (I have an AWD car), for $1,550. I called this Les Schwab location and asked for a quote on the same tire, and it was $100 cheaper.
So I take it to them, let them know that Big O said it was a sidewall leak and that I wanted the tires that came out to $1,450 like they said on the phone. I sat in there lobby for 15 minutes, then my car pulls up to the front, and I walked out confused to ask what happened.
They said they were able to patch it up for me no problem and I didn’t need to replace my tires after all. He handed me my keys and said, “It’s on us, you’re good to go.” It’s been 6 months and it’s still holding up perfectly.
