“Riley was so awesome helping us trying to find the perfect truck for my brother with a size truck bed that would work for him. He worked with him all day until he found the right fit for him. The sad thing is he couldn’t qualify for the loan due to some last minute issues but Riley was still so kind and understanding wishing him the best and felt so bad. “Best most honest tire shop I’ve been to. I took my tire leak to get patched at Big O, and they told me that it was on the sidewall and they couldn’t do it, and said I’d need to get all 4 tires replaced (I have an AWD car), for $1,550. I called this Les Schwab location and asked for a quote on the same tire, and it was $100 cheaper.
So I take it to them, let them know that Big O said it was a sidewall leak and that I wanted the tires that came out to $1,450 like they said on the phone. I sat in there lobby for 15 minutes, then my car pulls up to the front, and I walked out confused to ask what happened.
They said they were able to patch it up for me no problem and I didn’t need to replace my tires after all. He handed me my keys and said, “It’s on us, you’re good to go.” It’s been 6 months and it’s still holding up perfectly.

“Took my car in to repair an oil leak and mentioned that it also might need an alignment. Tye checked the tires while it was on the lift and found that two of them were actually bad. I drive two hours a day so I’m really glad he found and fixed the issue before I had a blow out on the freeway. His shop is really busy but he still had my car done faster than I expected.
