“I had a good experience renting a box truck from Enterprise Orem. I had reserved it online the night before, and received a call about it the morning of the rental. They notified me that the truck I reserved wouldn't be available until a few hours after I needed to pick it up. They solved the issue quickly getting me a different truck within the timeline I needed it. The truck itself was good, no issues or complaints there. The lift gate on the truck worked just fine, which was the most important factor for our rental. When I'm in need of a box truck again, I will most likely come back here!”
“Sydney went above and beyond to help us. She was working incredibly hard every time we showed up to get another UBox. There were a few things out of her control but she did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of.”
“We’ve always had a wonderful experience when renting a U-Haul van from State Street Storage! They do an incredible job when you need to make reservations! They are honest, dependable, and have a large selection of quality equipment! They know how to make the process quick and easy! We appreciate having such a good business, so close!”
“Highly recommend Ace and Jerry Auto Glass for your go to location for U-Haul rentals in Provo. Val is a super good guy, provides great customer care and will treat you like a friend. I have ZERO hesitations recommending him, as he also went the extra mile taking care of my daughter’s windshield replacement!”
“The team at Marina Cove Storage did a great job helping me. The woman at the counter was able to answer all of my questions and she helped facilitate my pick up of my rental. Everything went smoothly and as expected.
The check engine light was on and the washer fluid needs to be filled. Overall, I'd recommend this facility and team for others. Thanks.”

“The Highland Hideaway has nice staff and a clean location where we were able to store our stuff for a reasonable price. Would recommend to others who are looking for a place to store items wether long or short term.”
“I went to pick up a rental car this morning, and James was an absolute lifesaver. I had a terrible experience the day before at a different Budget rental location where it felt like the male rep there simply did not want to provide any service. James was on task and efficient, and I was out and happy with a car within 10 minutes. If only other locations could follow James' example of customer service, people would have a much better rental car experience.”
“The staff was super friendly and helped me drive out and park after I was nervous to drive a bigger vehicle and helped me park when I came back. Thanks for the help!”

“I scheduled online to have a hitch receiver installed, when I showed up for the install, they recommended a different receiver based on my make and model. They gave me a good deal on the superior product in order to get the price closer to what I had originally ordered. I came in for a 9:15am drop off, and they had it installed by 1:15pm.
I'm happy with it so far, and I appreciated Weston helping me out and giving me his expert opinion.”
“Awesome vehicle and great service to get us out on the road. Vehicle was clean which sometimes when renting a vehicle we have had to clean it ourselves before we left on vacation! Not in this case, will definitely be renting through Budget again!”
