Great customer service. Karl was fun to chat with and find out a bit about the company. The guys were glad to help me load my trailer and did it with a smile. Be aware, they prefer plastic payment options. Cash is difficult for them. Thumbs up gentlemen. I’ll be back.

White Flame is top notch. They burn cleaner than several other pellets I've used and keep a good heat going. They are great about helping load when you pick them up.

I would like to change my review. I talked to the owner and found out that his phone was sending unknown number to his spam file After going to his business and finding this out . I would like to say I was treated very well and am glad I was able to get pellets from him. For the price I feel like he has a great product and had been using them up until last year. I thought they had gone out of business. Again after getting hold of them I am excited to use his pellets and give them a plus 5

Even tho they don't break down pallets they did cause everyone one else was out and it's our main source of heat and they were very understanding even helped us load them . Very awesome people will definitely be back !
