Whitewater is a company with immense integrity and quality craftsmanship. I believe the operation of the company is a direct reflection of the leadership who I know to be good, honest people. I could not think more highly, nor be more appreciative of all the company has done for us. I have had bathroom work done recently, as well as in my childhood home, decades ago. The quality and craftsmanship passes the test of time. And if there is a concern? Whitewater addresses it quickly and graciously.

The salesman and pre-install people were fabulous to work with for the initial interactions. The time frame was to be almost 2 months. When the installer arrived he cut the drain hole in the wrong spot, so then it took another two weeks. No phone calls, updates, or apology. The installer did hack up our wall, huge dig marks. We did receive a call about that and still haven’t had repairs or a follow up…
I used our gorgeous, filthy shower last night. You would think that spending 8k+, it would mean they actually cleaned their final product. First time use was wonderful, and then I stepped out to a wet floor because the lower rail was not installed or sealed correctly. If you are looking, use Valley View Granite instead! Run away…

The product is fantastic! The customer service was even better. You can only judge customer service when things go sideways. I created my own issues. Whitewater was amazing at addressing those items.

I like my showers. But, communication isn't too great. I could never get ahold of my salesman. I wasn't given options for my handles and now they want to charge me more for them to install new ones. Making me feel like it was my fault. Communication needs to be better and also customer service.

A few years ago March 2018 Whitewater Kitchen and Bath installed a shower glass and door and seemed to do a 'sweet' job of it but a few years later, time would reveal some disturbing facts. In the beginning of 2022 the shower framing and door started coming apart. The shower framing on the door jam side began delaminating itself pulling the faux marble from the wall and the shower door began to hang askew and would not open or close properly. Also the door magnets soon afterwards fell out. "Put it on the list I told my spouse." (Dang!)Then, realizing I may not have time to get to it I called Whitewater to see if there was some warranty time left over? (Nope) They agreed to send someone out for $120 to take a look at the problem. Having many years of my own building construction experience and the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday around the corner, and being semi-retired, I called back and cancelled the appointment. I had decided to use some of my relaxation time to carefully, and methodically take apart their work (a necropsy if you will) and see what went wrong causing the delamination and failure of the entire system. What I found was not impressive and I'm certain leadership at Whitewater would not 'sign-off' on this job. The problem is a classic 'new-guy' mistake although I don't know if the installer was new... he was nice enough but apparently lazy when it came to using proper hardware. (Maybe he was just having a bad day...)(see photos...)*Screws used to install the 'C-channel' that the door jam would eventually mount to did not penetrate in the slightest into the 2x4 inside the wall. (I replaced them with 3" wood screws threads heavily coated with wood glue.)*Only three (3) of the 'too short' screws were used in the c-channel (top middle and bottom). I installed four (4) of the longer screws at each contact point to transfer the load directly from the stud in the wall to the door jam itself.*Then they hung the 42.6 pound (heavy, I weighed it) glass door on the never-properly-installed door jamb.I spent the morning and early afternoon hours of my Thanksgiving holiday removing and reinstalling their work. I get it, it IS out of warrantly and the poor workmanship did 'hold on' for a couple of years (but would not have if it had been 'high traffic' bathroom).Of course you assume competent craftsman are coming to your home who can pick up something as simple as "Hey, these screws are too short. I'd better hit the hardware store get proper hardware for the job." Your company reputation is on the line with every job.I almost paid $120 (in this economy) for a Whitewater employee (hopefully not the same unskilled guy) to come to my home and look at this problem. And then be charged by this company again to return and repair what should never should have passed for skilled-finish work in the the first place. Will I use this company again? Well, I know their installers don't want to do a job with a homeowner peering over their shoulder watching them work (Ask me how I know... I refer you back to my past years of construction?) but at the same time if they are incorrectly installing this finish material in your home what's a homeowner to do? My answer? (Undecided...)Whitewater I hope you do what is right and pull my original ticket and find that installer and have a 'hard' conversation with him to get an idea of how many showers (at least) he's installed in this same manner and then begin contacting those homeowners to have the doors jams properly installed. (It'll go a long way in future referral work) Also, continue to train your employees, having supervisors performing unnanounced visits to job sites to help as well as check for quality work.I gave you two stars for this one. I'd probably add a star or two if I could report that I was contacted and compensated for my time for not only spending my time repairing your installers work but also taking the time also to review for your

Disappointed in our shower. The only good experience was dealing with Sherrie—the office manager—she tried to make things better. I do appreciate her.The installers came and all our necessary pieces weren’t included or ordered. During the install, they actually cut a slab wrong (or broke it) and had to patch a seam where I wanted just one whole slab. They didn’t even come downstairs to tell us/show us—they just went ahead and put the seam piece in. It looks funny—-Definitely not what I ordered or wanted.

Whitewater came highly recommended from friends and family, but I have had a subpar experience with them so far due to (a) a lack of communication between their teams and (b) not getting what I was expecting. The salesperson was initially very helpful but when the installer came to put in the shower surround he told us that the salesperson had not warned him about the tight space he would be working in, so he would likely need to put in multiple marble panels with a seam down the middle rather than one panel (additional cost and poor aesthetic look). The sales person also failed to tell me certain specifications for the design of the tub I should get until after I paid $1300 for someone else to install a new tub. Both of these issues could have been avoided through better communication. Not only are we going to need to pay $200 more than the original estimate to work around the bathtub issue, but also the installer came on a Friday, didn’t have the materials he needed, and left for another job. I had to call scheduling and they said they may be able to get us in on Monday or Tuesday, they still haven’t confirmed a time. We’ve already been without a shower and bath for a week and now we’re left uncertain of when the job will get done and if it will look the way we originally planned. If this is your first time doing a bathroom renovation, I don’t recommend working with this company. If you do, make sure to ask lots of questions upfront to make sure you know what you’ll be getting (and when you’ll be getting it!) I know everyone is short handed right now and businesses are doing the best they can, but when you are paying a lot of money for a house project, you expect a more white glove treatment.

Water water has been absolutely awful to work with. It took me 2 almost 3 days to get ahold of Jordan just to find out he was the wrong person I needed. After getting transferred to sales it took another 2 days to reach someone. The lady who finally got ahold of me was super abrasive and had major attitude to my questions and needs. Her only response was to look at their website and see if there was something I liked and then they might be able to help with my bathroom renovation. I ended up hanging up. I’d rather work with anyone else then deal with their lack of costumer service.

Disappointed in service when it came to the install of our shower. They came as promised the first day but the 2nd day they didn't show up because of truck issues. After I called I found out there were actually 2 installers that were supposed to come together. Couldn't the other installer drive???? Also I took a day off work just to be there--for nothing.

Great work, but not the greatest communication as to when product at the factory is done. I placed order 3 weeks ago, told it would take 2 weeks.I have small one day windows and 5 weeks of being booked and unable to enter a unit to complete repairs. Afte 3 weeks, I called 3 days straight, and finally got confirmation that product was ready, ... but a day too late for my repair. I now have to wait 5 weeks for my next window. The workmanship is superb, but like I said, communication was poor after order was made, and paid for on the same day. Took a while to find, even though it was supposed to be on Will Call.

Have not had a good experience at all! They have been at my house probably 8 times and half those times they have come to fix a mistake they made, or a worthless visit because they ordered the wrong supplies and couldn't do anything. 3 months later I still don't have a shower. The latest is that the wrong glass was ordered by our sales rep. He ordered rain texture glass and I specifically told him I absolutely didn't want rain. I couldn't tell you how many times they've told me it would be done in 7-10 days...
