This place would be great but noticed the kitchen sink has hot water but anytime I showered the water barely got hot. It's not fun taking cold showers after a day of working out in the cold. If you can make the kitchen ge thot water why not the rooms?

Very nice room. Only 1 small restaurant in area but there's a grocery store to grab a salad or sandwich.

Great space for large groups with shared kitchen, game room and more. There were just two of us, but our room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Other guests were friendly and courteous.

Perfect place for a family reunion. We had 40 people and we all slept in comfort. Bathrooms for every family. We enjoyed the large kitchen with plenty of seating for us all to eat. Two refrigerators and one freezer was very useful. The small Town of Loa is beautiful and a family dollar plus a wonderful little grocery store were across the street. The grocery store has a delicious deli and bakery. Capitol reef isn’t far away We had the best time. Highly recommend.

We were a family of 12. It felt like we were at home. The children had plenty of room. The kitchen was large and functional. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were spacious. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and necessities in the kitchen. However we did not have extra blankets, but when we requested them, they delivered them in a prompt and orderly way. If we wherever in need of hotel for an evening this was the perfect place to stop.

This was a wonderful place to stay in such a quaint little farm town. We loved everything about it. The room was amazing just like the pictures. The kitchen was great to be able to use with a great grocery store across the street and walking distance. The game room and theater room were really fun and we didn't have enough time to really enjoy them. The hosts were very responsive. All around perfect place to stay. My kids are begging to go back sometime.

Hidden gem in rural Utah! Our family stayed here 1 night during a road trip while visiting national parks in Utah. It is 25 min from capital reef NP- and half the price of hotels in Torrey with so much more space and fun for our kids. After being in 1 room hotels together for the week, this place was a breath of fresh air. So much space!!!! The game rooms /movie theater downstairs are both Huge with fun bean bag chairs, board games, ping pong/ring toss, large TV and popcorn provided. Even the hotel style rooms are bigger than normal, and
Having a huge kitchen to prepare meals was a plus. It was clean and quiet. Only a few other guests there besides us. We will def be coming back!!!!

Wow, the only thing missing from this place is the people. I'm astonished that this place isn't completely booked out year-round. When I needed a place to get out of the snow while visiting Capitol Reef I found this little treasure. The rooms were clean, had huge tvs, and comfortable beds. The game room and kitchen were really nice as well. The kitchen had everything you could need. There was an issue with the check-in code when I got to the hotel, but I called management and they picked up after one ring and got me in. I think in the future I'll plan my Southern Utah trips around this place. Don't let the worn down outside of the building fool you, the inside is updated and looks great.

I had a wonderful experience rooming here! Very tidy and clean space with lots of room to relax. Self check in and check out. Bring your own food because there is no breakfast provided, but there is a full kitchen available. And there is a great grocery store across the street that has everything you could need.

We were very glad that we chose to stay here. When we arrived it was a little strange, no one else was there. We checked in without any problems. The beds were comfortable. It was clean. They had a game room and theater room. They have a kitchen and many areas to sit and gather.Would definitely stay again. It would be perfect for large groups traveling together.

FANTASTIC!!!! Could not recommend this place more. What a unique place to stop in for the night, the interior when you walk in is gorgeous and the rooms are set up nice with standard amenities. What blew me away was their entertainment area downstairs with TWO massive TVs as well as ping pong and ring toss- A great spot for families. Will absolutely stay here again while passing through Loa :)

This place is seriously underrated. If you're visiting Capitol Reef and need a place to stay, this is the hotel for you. They have a great game room, and the rooms — including the bedding — are clean and comfortable. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to southern Utah.

Awesome place for family gatherings. 3 levels, with lots of private rooms, including some accessible rooms. Huge kitchen and dining tables. Movie theater, ping pong. Great location. Short drive to Capital Reef National Park and Fish Lake Recreation Area. Near groceries and restaurants. Management is the best, happy to help with anything you need. When the town lost power in a bad storm, they brought out a box of flashlights, more than enough for all of us. Will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with my extended family. We had alot of space in the building and we loved the theater room and ping pong table down stairs. Every room had a bathroom. The kitchen was nice and large, We were able to cook all of Thanksgiving dinner in it.The one thing we noticed was not all of the bathrooms were as clean or new as the others. And the kitchen was pieced together with odds and ends. But we had all we needed and really enjoyed our stay.
