Wirking with the manager was a pleasant experience as she was kind and very helpful. The only issue with this place is the name is misleading. It is not open 24/7 it closes at 8pm however you can order and pay anytime.

I actually really enjoy this location much better than my previous unit! The units are up off the ground and very easy to access. They’re clean and comfortable to move around in.

24/7 storage has an excellent facility for all your storage needs with the low prices and clean environment it made my life a little easier. Customer Service was impeccable, They sent me a link and in ten minutes I was ready to move in. I highly recommend 24/7 storage for your needs, their knowledge and professional values earned my respect. Keep up the good work!!

Perfect balance of safety and accessibility! 2 years and no signs of any mice or pests! Management is super friendly and quick to respond to questions! Definitely recommend.

Facilities are nice, the gate access is wonderful, staff is pleasant. However, they will raise your rates as soon as you've been there a while (above what they're quoting other new tenants). Recommend you look elsewhere unless you want to have to deal with repeated rate increases (started in 8/2022, have had rates increase twice as of 12/2023).

DO NOT RENT HERE!
If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a ripoff with exorbitant annual rate increases AND they haven't been a 24/7 facility for YEARS! Just because you can access their website any time of day to reserve a unit or make a payment, THAT DOESN'T MAKE IT A 24-7 FACILITY!! This is false naming/advertising, don't let the name hoodwink you into renting from them! Also, this facility requires you to have renters insurance on your unit that you can either provide yourself or have 24-7 provide for a nominal monthly premium added to your rental invoice.. I have always provided my own and given 24-7 the Declarations page every policy renewal. TIME AFTER TIME THEY WOULD INADVERTENTLY ADD A CHARGE FOR RENTERS TO MY BILL, WHICH WAS ON AUTOPAY, REQUIRING ME TO GO DOWN THERE WITH PROOF OF COVERAGE TO RECTIFY THEIR OVERCHARGE. EXASPERATING!!
I won't go into how many times the security gate at the entrance was not operating.....
***I do want to note that the lady who is currently the site manager is very pleasant and helpful. This review is not reflection of her but of the company itself.

They aren't a 24-7 service. Have a storage unit and went to go drop things off as I'm moving. I put my code in the gate lock and it said my access was denied and that the grounds were closed. It's only 8 pm... very dissatisfied. Tried calling the phone numbers and I never talked to a real person

My storage bay has been robbed by an employee. The weatherproof lock I had purchased was cut and my stuff was rummaged through. The company did nothing to rectify this. I had to file a police report and go purchase a new lock. The gate is constantly breaking causing it to either be left open or I am locked out.
