“This apartment complex is by far the best that we have lived at. They care about their attendance. They really work with you about getting your rent taken care of. When u are having problems with your bank not wanting to let ur payment go through. They worked with us on letting us get our rent paid and gave us an extension. Most places would just give u a three day eviction notice. Nope these guys worked with us on that. me and my husband have lived at other apartment complexes and this by far is the best the staff is awesome. The maintenance is awesome. The properties always nice and clean. We have had a few problems with upstairs neighbors, but they are right on top of it to get the problems taken care of. They are so friendly here. We have only lived here since June and have had know problems here at all.”

“The manager, Kayla has been nothing but pleasant when I bring up concerns and ask questions. I’ve lived here for 4 years and she has been the best at making sure repairs and upgrades get done around the complex. She has done a great job of turning this place around. Adrian, the maintenance guy is the best we have had. He seems to be here a lot and is always busy. He is always so friendly when I talk to him. I have heard from other tenants that he helped them throw away a lot of garbage bags from them cleaning out their apartment when they needed an extra hand. Kayla and Adrian make sure things get taken care of in a timely manner. They both do a great job and are wonderful! I really appreciate them both!”

And the guy hasn't quit- the entire management team here has been great about getting things fixed around the apartment and working with me when I had issues. What I appreciate most is that they’re super mindful of our schedules and education. Anytime work needed to be done in or around my unit, they made sure it was handled quickly and with as little disruption as possible.

It’s clear they respect that we’re here to study, and they don’t drag out maintenance or construction projects unnecessarily. That kind of consideration makes a big difference during a busy semester.
