“I have to share my experience with The Factory. My daughter was looking for a place for fall semester and looked into The Factory. Tawnya was so kind and helpful. She applied and got approved. My only issue is that I wish their prices was more upfront. We didn't realize that the $590 was just the base rent and there would be more on top of that. Jessica in their customer service was amazing to do everything they could to help us out in our circumstance. She was so kind and understanding. I appreciate her so much. We unfortunately were unable to lease an apartment, but I had to leave a review for their kindness and amazing customer service. Thank you so much for listening and understanding.”
