One of the sales reps here sold me a phone about 6 months ago. He never mentioned some of the conditions that come with their discount and I have lost hundreds of dollars because of it. I could have literally paid my rent with all the hidden fees that were thrown on. I would really recommend not trusting the sales reps any further than you can throw them

The store manager, Abdel, is amazing! He genuinely cares about his customers and values their time. When I was looking for a new phone and debating between a cheaper and a more expensive option, he wasn’t pushy like other salespeople. Instead, he provided honest advice and helped me make the best choice for my needs. Whenever I need assistance, he’s always available and ready to help. His professionalism and customer service truly stand out!

Drove down from bear lake last night because I broke my phone, which is 1 hour away. Walked in 1 hour and 5 minutes before closing and was told they were short staffed and closing early. I was the only customer in the store and there were 2 employees there. They refused to help and forced me to go elsewhere. Very unprofessional. Luckily Best Buy helped me get a new phone.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! The service in this valley is outrageously terrible, and after hours on the phone with these people, no one will admit that there is a problem or do anything about it. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and sign up for any other provider. I just saw that Verizon offers $25 unlimited for 4+ lines, and they have great service here

All I can say is THANK YOU beyond words for Bryce!! He was so kind, professional and knowledgeable and was able to take care of my concerns and questions with new devices in 10 minutes. I’m so grateful for employees like Bryce at our Logan AT&T store because tech problems are definitely not in my wheelhouse. If you go to the Logan store for anything ask for Bryce-he’s the BEST

I recommend talking to Bryce he was so helpful and went an extra mile just to help me and my fiancé. I'm so happy with my experience there and will definitely recommend AT&T if Bryce is there!!!
