Managed to get the old battery out, made sure the battery was the actual issue, lingered while we installed a new one, and saw us on our way. It was a great experience!”

Some parts were on back order and took some time to arrive. I frequently called for updates and each time they were more than pleasant when annswering any questions I had. Their customer service is exceptional and I will be revisiting them for any future issues! Thanks Miller Autobody!”

“I am now an O’Reilly fan for life! My car died while at a hardware store, a kind man named Ivan (apparent O’Reilly employee) was able to tell me it wasn’t a dead battery, but a loose battery connection, he urged me stop at O’Reillys down the road. I walk in and Gage immediately asks “battery issue right?” He had tools ready and immediately walked out with me to fix this! Ivan had called ahead to inform him of my issue and that I’d be coming by! Can’t thank them both enough!”

“I recently got Zbros shocks for my 2021 Can Am defender and the shocks that were installed were shorter than factory. (this was NOT a Zbros error!!) I called Zbros directly and talked to Preston and he had me do some measuring on the shocks. Turns out the dealer ordered the wrong shock. He then sent me shipping label and had me mail them back. within 2 weeks I got the right shocks. There was yet again an issue with the dealer that installed them. I then called and got Justice. he got everything straightened up over the phone and answered the questions that the dealer couldn't. now days customer service seems to be a lost art, not for these guys!!! It now has an awesome ride and sits up 2"! I will be telling anyone that will listen to me how great the shocks are and what outstanding customer service these guys provided. plain and simple their number goal was to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase!”

“A few months ago my transmission went out on my way home from a vacation. I stopped at a local auto mechanic shop in Nevada and they replaced my transmission. Fast forward to now and my transmission starts acting up again. I take it to Aaron's and they got my warranty to pay for everything! They also told me about all the things the other shop did to my truck (not in a good way) and fixed those too!
