They have some decent electronics there. I couldn't help but feel like I wasn't wanted. The staff kept a very close eye on me, almost like they thought I was going to steal something.

How does best buy not have any xbox in stock? Like it's best buy that used to be THE place for electronics and consols. So I ordered it for delivery to my house. Geek squad guy had me verify my address for delivery. Next day I look to see the expected delivery date is a week after the one I was initially told. Not only that but the delivery option. Had changed to in-store pick up. It's just very annoying that best buy is going completely digital. Nothing on hand, can't talk to somebody on the phone, and unexpected changes to orders. At this point best buy should just shut down all stores and be an online store.

June 3, 2024 I paid for delivery of a suite of kitchen appliances. The refrigerator and range were open box items, meaning I purchased the very item I saw and handled at the Logan Utah Best Buy store. The microwave and dishwasher were new. Salesman indicated they would all be delivered Saturday June 8th. It's June 25th and three cancelled delivery appointments later I'm still awaiting delivery of the appliances. After investing several hours with Best Buy customer support (all of whom were located in the Philippines) I learned that after I paid for my purchase, the open box items that were 3 miles from the house they were to be delivered to were shipped 520 miles away to Aurora Colorado. Roughly a week later they were then shipped to a Salt Lake City Utah warehouse where they have sat for the past 15 days. No one in the Philippines seems to know how to get the Salt Lake City warehouse to transport the items back to their original location in Logan Utah. Best Buy's logistics system is completely broken. But their customer support people are repeatedly and sincerely sorry for the inconvenience of our being without a kitchen for a month.

Twice now I made sure protection was added on our devices purchased at best buy. Full protection. To do find out both times the "best" protection was promised to be added with their "membership". Both times discovered only a percentage of the repair cost was available...
