  i wish i could give zero stars. let me start with saying that i have been in this store before trying on dresses by myself or with friends. im 18 and its my senior year of high school. i went in to find a dress for my LAST high school dance and i found a few really cute dresses that i wanted to try on. i went to a worker to ask for a dressing room and got told that i needed a parent with me. i then proceeded to say that im 18 and she told me i still needed a parent. i asked her why and she told me that its because im still in high school and she doesn’t want the dresses to get trashed. that doesn’t even make any sense to me, especially because i hadn’t even told her that i was in high school. i also have seen some high school friends in there trying on dresses without a parent. bliss management needs to get their employees in check. they shouldn’t be able to pick and choose who they want to help or allow a dressing room. one, because its probably terrible for business and they probably lose a lot of customers. and two because it makes people feel like crap. they need to rethink their attitudes towards customers immediately.

  The girls are mean, they have zero customer service skills. AND me being 18 years old told me I need a parent which is funny bc before I was 18 I was told I needed to be 18. Dressed are great but the service sucks

  My sister and I came in 45 min before closing with sweethearts the next day... The girls were so nice and let her try on as many dresses as she wanted (even though they don't usually allow people to try on dresses 30 min before closing) my sister ended up finding a dress that night. We were so grateful for them!

  We went twice. To purchase and to have an alteration. Everyone who helped us was so kind, both days. We were worried, based on reviews. But I'm so glad we went. It was my first time taking my daughter dress shopping for a dance and it was perfect. She was able to try on multiple dresses. The staff helped take dresses back, allowed her to hang on to a dress that was in the running, and they were just really kind. I do wish they had a platform so the longer dresses could be seen spread out. But it was a great experience. I would go again and recommend.

  Had a wonderful experience with a good friend picking out her wedding dress here!
  I also got my favorite pair of joggers here, still soft and in good condition 5 years later! It may be pricey, but its great quality

  The customer service is flat out awful most of the girls are rude and catty. Their clothes are cute and all but im just done dealing with them.

  Bliss is amazing, the woman who was there told me in advance that they are short staffed, but that someone was coming in so we looked around and managed to know what dresses I would like to try on. When the lady came in she was very helpful and helped asked what I would like. I found my prefect wedding dress, well two. Even the customers are nice and complimenting me. I definitely will come back. ❤️
  
  Update; I am now married and between the dresses I bought, the blue wedding dress is the one I loved and wore. I did wear both and it is still worth the purchase.

  Small town mall not much too expect but what i would want to expect is some respect even at my age. I entered into the store Bliss with my mother wanting to look around and look at there dresses for my upcoming quince. Once we entered we were greeted very kindly by a worker and i was told that if i wanted to try on a dress to just go and find one of them. Well i indeed did, i found a dress, a very beautiful dress that fit my theme and was practically my dream dress. When i went to go ask if i could try it on, the lady then proceeded to give me a whole SPEACH on why i couldn’t. Her reasons were that if too many people kept trying it on then the dress would start breaking, she then told me that maybe next time if i wasn’t wearing a lot of makeup then i would be able too. I’m sorry? That is so disrespectful and disgusting coming from a grown adult to a 15 year old girl. Then she proceeded to tell me that i should take more time and to get my dress maybe 2 months before my quince. That isn’t your decision to make if I want to get my dress now then i can, you don’t know what I think and what I want. Next time don’t tell people that they can try on dresses when in reality they cannot. Horrible experience would not recommend for other people.

  So many cute clothes and dresses! The employees are helpful and kind. Sydney is the best and she helped me find a lot of great options for what I was looking for. I truly think this is the best dress store in Logan for a variety of events. Everything was clean and neat. I have zero complaints, I love Bliss!

  A few years ago, my family visited Logan from Arizona. My mom and I were having little luck finding prom dresses I liked in Arizona, so we figured we’d try looking at bliss. It was amazing! I still remember the kindness and care they took to help me individually. I felt cute! I finally found a dress, the dress! It was stunning. The associates were amazing in helping to alter it to my needs, I was impressed that they could alter it for me and my weird mismatched scoliosis shoulders. They hemmed, took up the shoulders, and added sleeves to the dress (alterations that are difficult to get done in AZ). They even mailed it to Arizona for us! The dress I got from bliss to this day is the most amazing dress I have ever worn. The dress still gets worn, by family friends who borrow it for their proms and can feel just as amazing and beautiful as I did, and it’s held up all this time!I have since moved to Logan for school, and I still go to bliss. I love their selection of casual clothes and it’s always a joy to try them on. The workers always check in and ask if I’m looking for anything specific and if they can help in any way, they also are very quick when It comes to fitting rooms. I recently bought a couple ties for my dad for Father’s Day, and I was excited to find ties I think he will actually wear! Whenever I’m in the mall I always have to stop by and look at the jewelry and what’s new!

  I love this store! They have the best high quality clothing and fancy dresses. Everyone was saying I looked good when I tried stuff on and by the time I left my confidence was boosted so much! It felt like such a girl empowered environment?

  I did not have a good experience at all here. I was trying on a dress, looking in the mirror, and the assistant started chatting it up with me. The moment I let let slip that I was making my own wedding dress and that I was here to try on some dresses and find a style I liked, she said (and I quote), "I'm so sorry, but we're going to have to ask that this be the last dress you try on. Unless you are planning on buying from us, then we don't really want people trying on the dresses."I do understand that they are worried about damaging the dresses, but how do they know I'm not going to buy here? What if I try on a dress and love it?We left the store feeling incredibly upset, brushed off, and unwanted.This experience was bad enough that I definitely won't be buying my wedding dress here, and I won't even shop for bridesmaid dresses either. They've lost the business of this person, all her family, and her friends too.

  I had the best experience shopping at Bliss today! The girls were so friendly and helpful! They gave me some great suggestions and I came home with some fun new styles! Always love shopping there!

  Went in with my family today to look at formal dresses for a few events that we have coming up. We were excited to look through them however when we got to choosing the second dress to try on, we were interrogated by all three of the employees working. Asking if we were for sure going to buy a dress today and what specific events we had. We completely understand that people will come in and try the dresses for fun, but we have bought over 16 dresses in the past four years, and would never try on a dress, especially a formal one, just for fun. Nor have we had to have the talk that we did today with past employees.It was rude of them as well to mention that they like to keep the dresses clean and tidy since they were formal. The way they stated it, made it sound as if they were assuming we were going to get the dresses dirty. When in reality they don’t even keep the dresses that clean. Before trying on two dresses, we found lint and hair on both of them. And one of them was also broken from the back near the zipper. There was also another dress that we didn’t try on but the bag was broken. (I’ve attached pictures.) So much for keeping things clean and tidy. When we went to the front desk to ask if they could hold on to a dress for us, which we’ve had past employees be able to do so, they stated that they aren’t able to hold formals at all. Because we weren’t able to hold the dress, we obviously couldn’t buy it in the moment. As we were leaving the dress on the counter for one of the employees, we noticed that the two employees at the front gave each other a stare. The kind that says “I told you they weren’t buying anything” while we were right in front of them. This type of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. We were never treated this way when Sam or Angel worked there. Nor have we gotten this type of treatment at any other Bliss stores throughout the state.If I could, I would give this store zero stars. Not only was this experience unprofessional but we also felt targeted. We are POCs and being interrogated and given looks by white employees is completely uncomfortable for us. No wonder this store has 3 one-star reviews in the past few days.
