Person to person interaction is a 5/5.Almost every time I have had to call 2 or 3 times before I get a call back to talk with someone. 1/5I have some of the latest and supposedly best hearing aids. I am very disappointed with the bluetooth service. Even when I have my phone close to me, it keeps breaking up when I am listening to music. 1/5

Almost impossible to get an appointment. They never answer the phone and take forever to call back. This use to be my go to place for my daughter's hearing aids. Pretty frustrating that even emergency situations you are left feeling like you have to go somewhere else.

I agree with Justin Littledike's review. These people are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, wanting to genuinely help you, and go the extra mile to please! This is the sixth place I went to while I studied out hearing aids. Their pricing and service are absolutely tops. I love that I can demo several hearing aids before making this big investment. I love that they can explain the latest and greatest hearing aids, tech available and explain it to me so i can easily use it. Absolutely no pressure. Impressive.. And yes, I am recommending them to people I know
