I struggle with shopping. Like REALLY struggle. I typically go into stores and turn around and leave because it’s too overwhelming, and I can’t put an outfit together. I had just left two other stores before trying buckle. Avery (or Averie) came to help me and I let her know my struggle. She was amazing. She asked me a few questions and pulled a lot of clothes together for me to try, and showed me what to put with what. It was a perfect experience for someone who hates shopping. Not once did I feel overwhelmed, and I left there with so many outfits and a few pair of shoes to not have to shop mindlessly in stores for a while. Thank you. I will be back here to have her help me.

I have never been in this store and I will definitely be coming back. I usually don’t let people help me because it feels more overwhelming. But Cash helped me and he was amazing. He was grabbing me stuff I actually liked and ended up buying. He was pleasant and helpful so was the other girl (I failed to get her name). Lots of cute stuff too!

Usually love buckle. But I walked in today and the staff didn’t greet me at the door nor check up to see if I needed help at all, all the workers were just at the checkout staring and waiting for me to leave.I had walked in to find my mother a Mother’s Day gift So DISAPPOINTING.

Probably a little bit of TMI. I went in looking for Jeans and im a little heavier set. I absolutely despise having to buy jeans and ended up crying in the dressing room and in the store. The manager was the sweetest ive ever worked with and proceeded to remind me its not about the size of the pants its how they make me feel in them. She promised and succeeded in helping me find a pair that I felt amazing in! Never have I met employees so willing to help someone feel so much better!! I believe the managers their deserves a big raise!!

I'll be honest and say that Buckle doesn't carry clothes that are my style. It is my husband's favorite clothing store though, and he got me a Christmas gift card from here. I went inside the store trying to find a pair of jeans that I'd like and that would fit me nicely, and Jess was very very helpful and friendly. Awesome customer service! I didn't end up buying anything in that day, but I did place an order online a few days later. The Buckle in Logan feels a bit crowded, with too many clothes for the space they have, so you can't really browse comfortably.3* for the store and 5* for their amazing customer service.

Great store, especially their jeans, and shoes, great employees there to help you find the right size/thing you may want. Overall, I have had a great experience shopping here.
