Very disappointed!! I was excited to get my car detailed because they’d done a great job on my mom’s car. When I picked it up I had to have them come out and look at glaring deficiencies such as parts not vacuumed and chunky residue left on the seats e that I paid extra to have conditioned.
I had to leave it with them for another 20 minutes and when I went back to swap out for my daughter’s vehicle to be cleaned I had to get them again because they hadn’t wiped or vacuumed dirt out of the cargo space.
I gave them a $5 tip because I thought they had been responsive, but when my daughter and I got in my car and drove away, we could see that only part of the dash had been done and the screen was smeared and dirty. I figured I’d deal with it - yet again - when we came back to pick up my daughter’s car.
I asked to speak with the manager and was told he’d just left. I asked the employee to come look at my car and when I showed him the things that hadn’t been done correctly he told me I had to pay for a more expensive detail because “The Works” (plus the other options I’d paid for) was basically just a wipe down and then he rushed off saying he had to dry off a truck. As I left he gave me a smug little smile and waved.
Won’t go there again!!?

6/25/24. Visiting Logan as part of the Summer Citizen program. Car wash offers a “Free “ car wash to participants. Thinking we would get a cheap wash. We were flabbergasted at the quality and courteous employees and their positive attitudes. The car looks great!!!

I'm so amazed at how my truck looks. My 18 year old had my truck for about 6 months. I honestly wish I took before and after photos. This truck looks nicer than it did we we purchased it. Worth every single penny. Their car wash is also the only one that has gotten my truck all the way clean. Thank you Cache Car Wash. Hurry get your vehicles in ASAP

We have been with Cache Car Wash for about 5 years. We live in the south end of town, and there have been several new car washes built closer to home. We continue to use Cache Car Wash because of their friendly service and the details done have been great. We especially like that they have expanded their car wash services further south (Providence and Nibley) for when we just need a quick wash.

Called early on a weekday morning with a serious problem: could they clean up my SUV after my son had projectile vomited (twice) everywhere the night before? Rickey, the manager, walked me through everything they could do with confidence. He quoted me a very reasonable price, and I brought the car over to them. We looked at the absolute disaster that had occurred, and he remained confident that his team could take care of it--back seat area was a total mess, with some on the ceiling, door, and into the front seats too. I left the vehicle there, and when I returned at the end of the day, there was genuinely no sign of vomit at all. No stains, no smell, nothing. Remarkable, professional job--100% satisfied--if I could give 100 stars, I would : )
