Roommate recommended me after a similar experience. Came in 30 mins before they closed because one of my covers under my car just barely popped off and was dragging. They took care of it right away and didn’t charge me for their time and service. Amazing group of people! I am definitely planning to come back here again for my tires and spark plug replacement.

I can't recommend this place enough.
The free diagnosis drew me in initially, and they were very personable and helped me understand the emissions test process (beyond what was their job to do).
More recently, I brought in my vehicle for intermittent starting problems. They stayed over an hour past closing time on the one day they finally managed to get the vehicle *not* to start, so they could get an accurate diagnosis. With my approval, they replaced a couple parts and ran more diagnostics, eventually finding the exact problem (something that a Chevy dealer would have to handle, unfortunately). They charged me absolutely *nothing* for the parts and labor used thus far, since they hadn't *fully* repaired the vehicle.
Spencer, in particular, was very good with explaining it in a way I could understand and working with me through the process, keeping me well-informed on what they were doing.

Went to get my coolant leak fixed, showed up the first time and it took about 30 minutes and they said it was all good and to come back if there were issues, got home and was leaking really bad still, took it in later that week and they had us wait for 3 hours and told us there would be a little residue leakage, was leaking worse this time, not just residue. Finally took it in for the final time and left my truck there the whole day and finally fixed it after 3 trips.

We had what we thought was a crisis with our truck and had it towed to Cache Valley Autocare. I talked to Spencer and gave him the greenlight to perform any diagnostics he needed to complete and let me know how much I owed him for repairs. Based on the sounds the truck was making, I was expecting a huge bill. After working on the truck it turned out not to have any problems with it. He and his staff could have diagnosed anything and charged me whatever they wanted, and I would have paid it. These guys are as honest as they come and they take care of USU students. Spencer even volunteered to reach out to my son to make him feel better about the whole situation. As long as I have a vehicle in Logan, it's the only place I'll take it. Don't hesitate to trust these guys with your business.

Spencer and his team always treat me right. I've been taking my vehicles to them for 15 years and they've done honest, high-quality work with fair pricing. I've referred friends and family and they've all also had good experiences here.

I was on my way to a luncheon when the dashboard lit up with alerts that sounded like serious trouble to me! Since I was right in front of CVA, I turned in and parked. Inside, I was greeted by a friendly young woman who asked very knowledgeable questions about what had happened. She immediately had Spencer come to the front desk. After I explained what happened, he took a quick look under the hood with some instrument and reassured me that the car was safe to drive. He also told me that if I wanted to, I could bring my car in later for a more detailed look. He even told me the cost. The atmosphere was so friendly, and I also felt that Spencer and his mechanics, were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cache Valley Autocare. They are knowledgeable, friendly and great service!

My cars radiator went out and I was barely able to pull into their auto repair shop. They were very kind to try and figure out what was wrong even though they were busy and their schedule was full. The receptionist was very helpful in trying to find me a rental car. Spencer stayed late that night to see what was wrong with my vehicle so he could call me the next day with an update. They did not have the exact tool that was needed for my buick but they didnt charge me anything for all the assistance and labor they did for us. I was extremely stressed about my vehicle and situation having 3 of my kids in the car when we broke down. This shop bent over backwards to help us. Highly recommend using them!

They were incredibly helpful and kind when I went in with my car. They discovered the issue and explained it thoroughly to me, listing the options that I had. They didn't charge me for checking out the car -- which was so kind of them -- and they even sent me a letter in the mail thanking me for coming in. Great people and a great place.

We love Cache Valley Autocare so much! We’ve brought our cars in so many times over the last few years, and they always do a great job. They always explain what needs to be done and get our approval before they do it. They’re always super friendly and welcoming. I never feel taken advantage of when I’m there. If we ever leave Logan, the hardest part will be trying to find another mechanic as kind and trustworthy as CVA!

Theyre very quick at fixing up my car or even doing the basic things. I think they only hire angels because they are sooooo kind. I have never had a bad interaction with any of them, even if they tell me i may need more fixing than i was wanting to hear, but theyre honest!
