Worst customer service ever! Called multiple times just to get different answers. They said they would have someone check it and never had one done. Been waiting on them for the last month and nothing. Do not go with them if you don’t want to waste your damn time.

I called them for over a month before someone would come out and give me an estimate. Then when they finally did I asked for a quote emailed to me and no one would respond. It has been over a month since they came out and bo response. I would NEVER do business with them. If you don’t want the business, just say so!!!

Great on install of glass shower door, and now that I need service for a loose hinge (glass door hits the other glass panel) they have said they would get back to us, and have been yet to fix the issue after 6 weeks of us waiting and multiple phone calls. It’s easy to sell the product, but the most important part of business is the customer service. Looking for another company to fix the issues…any recommendations??

One of your drivers pulled out in front of me making a left hand turn. He then honked and flipped me off. To be clear...I had the right away. Maybe you should check the attitude and common curiosity of your drivers before they are allowed to drive a vehicle with a company name on it.

Do not waste your time with this business. They are disorganized and completely incompetent. They scammed us by refusing to replace an incorrect window that they installed which was the wrong color and not triple pane. Gave them MONTHS to make it right, contacting them several times and they lied stating they had the correct window to replace. This was all after waiting for a months and months for them to get out and complete our job. They lost our paperwork among mountains of disorganized papers. They were rude and acted like we were bothering them just trying to get our job completed.

Similar experience. Slow, slow, slow to respond. I figured they just have so much business they didn't want mine...ended up going to another local provider that was excellent. I won't mention names, but they are close by.

I have worked with them for years for my nail desks at my salon over 15 of them made and I called over 3 weeks ago I call 3 times a week different answer every time no communication and I’m mind boggled by it: I went to Gordon’s glass and they had it made cut and delivered within less then 48 hours…. I know one glass isn’t much money for a business compared to bigger jobs, but even the smallest job can lead to the biggest jobs with word of mouth and unfortunately I will no longer recommend this glass company..
