“The carpet is incredibly soft, they got the installation in so fast, and the price was very reasonable. The only thing I think they could work on is communication. Our carpet was delayed in shipping, but we didn’t hear from them. But they were prompt when we called asking for details. I would still highly recommend them, especially since in turn we asked them to delay installations twice and they were so kind and understanding. We would use them in the future.”

“I could and maybe should give Hart 5 stars, but we lack confidence what justifies 5 stars for such vendor. It's been a few decades since we installed new floor and carpet prior to this.

Could not really be happier with our new LVP and carpet Hart installed. The work is stellar. A friend of mine built this home and this entire development with decades of pro residential and heavy industrial construction experience. He looked carefully at the LVP on the stair landing and had no critical comment, very high praise. He would have noticed any fine out of place detail.

We love the carpet color, quality and padding and shall cover more rooms later when finances allow. The installer is super focused, efficient and responsible.

Prices were reasonable. IMO moderate prices with superb labor and quality is about as close to perfect as one can expect.”

The installation was done by Robert and Josh, who were professional, punctual, and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. “My honest opinion is 4.5 stars. We were recommended to them by someone in our community in Malad. The rep came out, measured and later came back with some samples for us to look at. We picked one and they had a crew come out pretty quick to get it installed. We had two rooms in our basement, stairs, and a small landing. We love the carpet and it looks amazing. The only doc to the 5 star is that where the carpet meets the vinyl they didn’t install any stair nosing so it looks unfinished. The rep told us it’s almost impossible to match without a sample of the vinyl which I can understand. However, I would think a generic one that is close to the carpet would work as well. As I’m in the process of finishing the rest of the basement to get it listed it added another thing for me to do. I’ve never done it before so I don’t want it to have an amateur appearance. Other than that I’ve been completely satisfied.”
