switched from straight talk since they claimed I'd have way better internet on my data plan. Not only did I put almost $100, but the internet did not even work. I requested a refund , and the customer service said I'd get one in 3/5 days after I had filed a dispute through my bank. Still haven't got my money! They lied to me not once, not twice, but on 3 different things!!!! DO NOT GO WITH CRICKET. VERIZON OR STRAIGHT TALK, ONLY!!!

So a little while ago I left a nasty review about the store hours. but on December 5th I went in to this location to pay my bill in person and Veronica was so nice and understanding, and so helpful to me when I really didn't deserve it. She really made my day. She really deserves a raise for real! The store hours can be odd but Veronica's customer service skills are really worth waiting for.

Say they open at 10. It is now 10:23 and no one is here. Came in the night before, there was a line with only two people helping. Then one worker just leaves without helping the whole line of people leaving only one person to help everyone. terrible service. Will be going to the ogden store.

Claudia is awful, can’t believe she’s the manager. Very unprofessional, I had been waiting for the store to open for 30 minutes and she never showed until an hour later and she made it seem like I was bothering her just for being there. I wanted to look for phone line options because I want to switch carriers and she just told me to look around and left. If you don’t want to work then don’t show up at all instead of opening the store late and being in a bad mood. Taking my business elsewhere, horrible horrible horrible

Cricket Wireless is one of the best wireless services ever & isn't as expensive as most cell phone stores!Am a customer of Cricket Wireless customer myself & love this service!Am not going to switch this service & go with another one even if I'm told to!This company has the best connection service ever!

I just had to replace my old phone today, and the lady who helped was very sweet and made sure to answer any and all questions I had about the new phone. Will DEFINITELY be returning for any future phones or accessories.

My daughter who is a student at USU purchased a phone from this store. The person who sold her the phone told her she had to buy insurance on the phone, at least for the first day and then she could cancel it. I have asked around and that is not true. I figure they wanted the bonus for selling an unneeded service.Anyhow, she forgot to cancel the insurance. A few days later our service was suspended. We use auto pay and since it bumped up the monthly bill the auto pay didn’t cover it and it cost me another $15 to get out service back. Nobody seemed to be able to fix the issue.

Been a cricket customer 8 years. Never missed a payment in that time. I got a notification that my auto pay was going to expire. I updated my auto pay within 24 hours of receiving that notification. One day my phone was shut off and I didn't know why so I called the 800 number and they said that the payment never went through. I never received any notification that my payment did not go through and it immediately terminated my service at midnight the day after the due date. I ended up having to pay a reactivation fee and a late fee So I decided to go into the cricket store to talk to them about it and explain my situation. They told me that there was nothing that they could do. They told me that I should be more on top of my finances. I explained that I had been a customer for 8 years and that I had never been late on a payment and I felt like it was a problem with the auto pay system on their end. They were unwilling to work with me and they told me that since I missed the payment my bill was going to go up $15 a month because I was late. They would not waive any fees and I said that I wanted to cancel but they said that if I was to cancel that day that I would still be responsible for the rest of the month. There is a reason that this company is cheap. The service is despicable. They are extremely nice to you when they are trying to sell you something or upgrade you, or sell you phone accessories, But if you need any other type of customer service they are very rude and not understanding at all. I had 4 lines with them and they lost them all. I have since gone to T-Mobile and have had nothing but great customer service. I would never recommend anyone to go to this company.

Nacho was super great to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and it was so easy to activate my phone with him. We were in an out within 15 minutes.

Waited and waited and waited for the ONE person in the store to help us. Our account is grandfathered, meaning if we buy a new phone, it won't affect our bill. When we went to pay for our new phone, it took our bill up $40 per month. After 1 1/2 hours of being in the store, the guy said he'd work on fixing the problem and call us. We never heard back from him. NOT happy!
